Creating cheaper collections has become very popular with high-profile designers. Now it’s Zac Posen who decided to make his works more affordable for customers as he created a collection of beautiful outfits under $100.

The Autumn/ Winter 2010/ 2011 collection that was called ‘gorgeous’ by critics was created by Valentino and presented at Paris Fashion Week. It was inspired by a “fantasy garden”.

Jean Paul Gaultier reinvented himself again for his Autumn/ Winter 2010/ 2011 collection. The entire range was a bright mass of chic outfits and flamboyant accessories. Different cultures and various fashion taditions were all mixed up together on one runway, but they didn’t seem to collide, rather they looked like complementary to each other.

CFDA Awards are the ceremony many designers wait with impatience as it names the best and most sucesful. This year it is going to be held on June 7 at Lincoln Center’s Alice Tully Hall. It is now March but we already know the nominees for the important award as the list of lucky designer was read by Diane von Furstenberg, who is the president of the Council.

Blumarine collection for Autumn/ Winter 2010/ 2011 includes absolutely fabulous zebra prints that I immediately fell in love with. These black-and-white patterns have been used to make not only dresses, skirts and blouses but also coats, scarves, leggings, handbags, bracelets and even high boots!!! Perfect, perfect, perfect!!!

The recent Chanel collection for Fall/ Winter 2010/ 2011 featured plenty of fur. Karl Lagerfeld claims all of it was fake. But while using fake fur in his creations he doesn’t say he is against wearing fur at all. The designer states fur should be worn only by those who can afford it.

It’s surprising to see Kristen Stewart so glamorous and sexy. But again, we love her natural while here she is wax-faced with little expression in her eyes. Seems like it is not Kristen at all.

Stella McCartney launched her second collection for kids on Tuesday (March 16) for Gap store. A few kids modelled designer outfits being entertained with balloon animals, jelly and cake and a robot photo shoot booth.
