I can’t say I’m much surprised with her decision to launch a line of headphones, it’s just in her style to amaze the public with something. But why headphones? Why not wigs or sunglasses?
Well, the singer explains her option clearly:

Wear Heartbeats, love each other, and celebrate the art and lifestyle of music.”
As you have already understood the line is called Heartbeats and Dr.Dre is now working together with Lady Gaga on the product.
The headphones will come in three designs (chrome, all black and jewel-shape earpiece) and are going to be available starting from October 2009.
