Why I single out the necklace from other jewelry trends? Because it’s so multifaceted.
Statement jewelry is back in the game.

Stones, metals, beads, massive chains and crystals are of great value for Autumn/Winter 2009-2010.
Super massive and extravagant necklaces were in John Galliano, Marc Jacobs, Thakoon and Lanvin collection.

Plenty of metals and geometrical shapes were presented in their jewelry lines. John Galliano’s Fall 2009 collection was inspired by the Tsar Russian mood.
The pendants are round and very heavy.

D&G shows the new ad campaign for Fall/Winter 2009-2010 collection by Mario Testino. The models are: Sara Blomqvist, Hanna Rundolf, Katie Fogarty, Danny Schwarz, Govan Baird, Jakob Hybholt, Raghild.

The style of the new ad is the same that was in Spring/Summer 2009 advertising. It’s view of the photographer.

I like the set of the room. Everything saturates with glamour and classic of the 19th century.

Interesting skirts and flowering jacket are in place, man’s line is presented by military style outfits

Bottega Veneta, a world class Italian luxury goods firm, has offered its customers another chic piece to treat their vanity.
And this is not just one piece; it’s a set of really fabulous travel bags made of alligator leather.
The set looks elegant and sumptuous and is said to be designed to make its owner’s journey a pleasure. The collection consists of six matching bags coming in different sizes.
The beautiful set is covered in a superfine rich brown soft-finished alligator skin. Looks impressive!

The set is durable and has burnished metal hardware with reinforced corners and locking mechanisms.
Of course it isn’t cheap. Total price for the set is $157,000.
A large hard-sided suitcase sells for $47,500; a medium suitcase - $42,000; a small suitcase - $38,000; a briefcase - $23,500; a Torta duffle - $30,000; and a beauty case costs $23,500.

I like Gisele Bundchen and do think she is fabulous but this ad campaign for Spanish Loewe doesn’t show her in her best.
At the photos she is sitting in awkward positions and looks older than she is.

The handbags being advertised are not perfect and look much like many others we already have at the market. Probably I’m too strict to the company but this what comes to my mind when I see the bags. Even so beautiful model cannot make them look better.

Yves Saint Laurent resort collection 2010 looks fantastic! Probably it’s just my so-much individual opinion as I love this brand very much. I do love almost every piece of the collection for the exception of those terribly looking bloomers the model is wearing at some of the pictures.

Stefano Pilati, who currently collaborates with Yves Saint Laurent, confessed he was partly inspired by seashells when creating the line. However, there isn’t anything overtly beachy about his Resort range. I would even say it was too far from summer vacations and seaside rest.

The collection is focused on classic cocktail dresses made of light fabrics like chiffon, satin; beautiful jackets and trench coats, classy trousers and sheer footless pantyhose of various tints.

Hats are nice and are often necessary to wear. But I’m sure few women really know how to choose a perfect hat to match their outfit. Though this is very important because a hat as well as any other accessory can make you look great or terrible.

There are a few things you need to do when you want to select the right hat.
Take your time
Actually few women like wearing hats in everyday life. As a result, when they really need to don one, they are up a stump. Don’t feel afraid. Choosing the style, color and shape that’s right for you and your outfit, isn’t difficult if you know how, but it takes time.
Think of a large department store that offers a good selection of hats. When you are there try on every single style. Look at yourself from every angle to make sure you look good from each side.
Opt for the right color
Hat color is significant as it can make you look sensational and knock several years off your age or do quite an opposite thing.
Don’t try to match the hat to your entire outfit. As long as the color complements one of the shades in the attire or your accessories, it will look beautifully.

Lanvin decided to diversify the range of their products even more by introducing Lanvin dolls to the market. These dolls aren’t for kids though. They are works of art rather than ordinary toys.

Lanvin teamed up with a luxury porcelain maker Franz to produce the Miss Lanvin dolls, blending art and craft into these delicately hand painted covetable dolls.
All dolls correspond Lavin’s most signature styles and are dresses in sleek trench coats and voluminous dresses.
