Best of Paris Fall 2014 Menswear

3.1 Phillip Lim took a casual style as a basis for the collection. The designer decided to slightly modify what has become a classic look and offered a very engaging one. One will definitely fall in love with the styling details that make each of the outfits so saucy and special. Fur layer on the coat, floral prints, scarfs and sunglasses – how many people can resist it?

Givenchy
Givenchy

Givenchy went for a very sporty man this time. You are not likely to see anything elegant or exquisite here. On the contarry, all the outfits present a very street style. Even the background that the designer chose makes it clear. However, it doesn’t mean that the ensembles showcased within Givenchy Fall 2014 fashion show are not cool. They are and will surely speak to those who prefer an active way of life. Besides, there are a number of variations in terms of style, so one will find quite a range of outfits for different occassions.

Kenzo
Kenzo

Kenzo offered the brighest collection for men. And it is not only about the colorful hues: yes, you will be surprised with neon yellow and pastel violet. There is something else that makes this line so catchy. Knit texture, layering, headpieces, and awesome shoes create a striking impression. Although some of the pieces won’t be rocked by the most part of men, this collection is still very interesting.

Louis Vuitton
Louis Vuitton

Louis Vuitton was on top of it, as always. The French house presented a very sophisticated and trendy line of clothng pieces that any man would fall for. Cosy sweaters, elegant suits, pleated maxi coats and a whole bunch of layers – this is what Louis Vuitton will be about this fall. I am pretty sure all the ladies will follow a guy with such a perfect sense of style. All the mdoels actually created an image of a confident and even a bit selfish man – quite an engaging picture, huh?

Valentino
Valentino

Valentino went very minimalistic in its Fall 2014 collection. If you are hoping to see extravagant outfits or innovative designs, you will be very disappointed. Yet, if what you crave is simplicity and great style, then this is exactly what you need. Your boyfriend will also appreciate such a choice as men tend to be conservative when it comes to clothing. How can we blame them – sometimes we ourselves try to avoid experiments. Valentino, well aware of this fear, came up with an impeccable constellation of sophisticated ensembles that fit every single occasion.

Dior Homme
Dior Homme

If the previous collection seemed to be too boring to you, then take a look at Dior Homme line. This is what will astound you the most. On one hand the collection doesn’t seem to be out of this world. On the other hand, the dotted pattern of the suit and the matching one on the shoes add a specific zest to the line. I adore this combination of stricked and formal with loose and creative. Besides, Dior Homme also offers denim pieces which have to composite any man’s closet. And the brand has taught a couple of lessons on how to mix it with other fabrics.

Haider Ackermann
Haider Ackermann

Haider Ackermann obviously found inspiration in the history. Looking at these images it is impossible to not recall the medieval times and all those princes and dukes with pompous outfits and lots of layers. This is very close to what the brand showed off at the Fall 2014 show in Paris. No matter how ridiculous it might sound, the real picture is much more moderate. And, to admit, I like the collection a lot. It is styled in very modest colors like brown, white or gray. However, it is nowhere near dim or dark. The design of the items makes each outfit totally irresistible. However, there is one detail to keep in my mind. Make sure that your beloved one doesn’t rock such an outfit to the working place.

Lanvin
Lanvin

Lanvin was also on the creative side. This fashion house however didn’t present anything super outrageous. All the items are pretty wearable, except maybe for the emerald green suit. Yet, I am pretty positive that some celebrity will figure how to serve that piece. I like how Lanvin man can alter his style with each new look. On one image it is a very street guy, in a black leather jacket and a rock shirt. On the other one you will see a mysterious gentleman worthy of being shot for Bondiana.

These were the best colections of Paris Fall 2014 fashion week. Take a look at the images one more time to decide on your favorite line.
