Proenza Schouler’s Pre Fall 2013 collection is stylish as usual consisting of well-tailored pieces and creative footwear. The pieces come in monochrome tones, blue patterns and metallic finishes that were seen all over the Spring 2013 runway.
The pieces are simpler than those from the brand’s Fall 2012 and Spring 2013 collections, with lesser materials and textures, shapes and forms. They are sleeker and more wearable. The items are easily mix and matched with each other.
There are printed monochromatic outfits in the collection that are both edgy and stylish including pants, a worn leather jacket, trench, tops and skirts. And there are also pieces in blue geometric print.
The metallic clothes as seen at Burberry’s Spring 2013 show seems to be a continuing trend for the Fall 2013. The pieces in the collection are featured in electric blue and yellow. Dresses, skirts and jackets are made in metallic finishes and can be worn together or separately.
The monochromatic color palette is also a reccuring trend for Fall 2013 it seems. The black and white outfits filled the catwalk during Spring 2013 Fashion Week and they keep showing in designers’ Pre Fall collections.
The collection’s outfits are accessorized with interesting studded ombre clutches, wide leather sashes, and creative shoes and sandals.
