To tell you the truth I had expected something lighter and more spring-like from Burberry Prorsum Pre-Spring (Resort) 2013 collection but what the brand presented was better. The range, which included warm sweaters, trench coats, biker jackets and cropped trousers as well as pajama-style shorts, loose t-shirts and chic evening gowns, was quite versatile and very commercial.
Speaking about the commercial side of Burberry Prorsum Pre-Spring (Resort) 2013 collection, we can say Christopher Bailey made a smart step in launching such a classic range, as in time of recession designing pieces which will never be bought is less than reasonable. However, we do miss novelty and youthfulness in this range.
