London-based fashion designer Marios Schwab has showcased his amazing Spring 2013 collection during London Fashion Week. Comprised of fringed dresses, wet look leather, and prints the collection is a mix of femininity, style and sexy edge.
The first thing we notice about Marios Schwab’s Spring 2013 collection is the wet leather fringe that predominates in the collection and even can be seen in footwear. It decorates the dresses, tops, and belts giving texture to clothes as well as adding drama to it. There are also sheer fabrics embroidered with jewels that give the collection that sexy edge. Layers and layers of such fabrics create an airy look in skirts and dresses.
There are also many pleated ensembles that mimic the fringe. Some pieces also feature lacing details, harness and waist leather belts, and floral lace fabrics.
The footwear is also decorated with fringe and comes in various styles from heeled to gladiator sandals. The shoes are featured in black and beige and definitely make a statement in an outfit.
