Roland Mouret’s Spring/ Summer 2012 collection was all about a dress. There were a few pant designs in the range but they could hardly compete with the number and exquisiteness of the dresses.
The opening dress looked fantastic – creamy white top, red on the bottom and thin black ribbon on the midriff – very elegant and stylish. Other pieces in Roland Mouret’s collection were similar to it, with different hues combined and new details added.

There were printed dresses in Roland Mouret’s Spring/ Summer 2012 collection, too. Monotone fabrics were beautifully adorned with tulip patterns. Colors contrasted and created illusions. Another interesting pattern on Roland Mouret dresses was the eye, it wasn’t the eye of Omniscience of course but still there was something mesmerizing about it.

Roland Mouret Spring/ Summer 2012 collection didn’t feature any accessories except that black ribbon on models’ waist. Probably the designer wanted us to focus on beauty of his dresses. Shoes were simple, too. Nothing unusual.
