After water ad campaign Gisele Bundchen presented new forest theme sandal collection called Ipanema.
Since 2001, Gisele’s shoes line called Ipanema has sold over $100 million dollars worth of sandals! The collection is inspired by the legends of the Brazilian Indian people.
Plastic sandals collection Ipanema 2009 goes for the SOS Mata Atlantica.
This is a program patronaging the gallery forest, the vegetation circumscribe rivers and streams, still water because this forest partakes in the defence of water.
Gisele Bundchen and Grendene, the chief company of Ipanema and Melissa, have developed a special project with SOS Mata Atlantica. Each Ipanema plastic sandal sold will help plating 25,500 youth from 100 different species (15ha of Brazilian Atlantic Forest).
