High-heeled shoes: yes or no?

Share |

Classic outfit that fits you great, a perfect makeup emphasizing how beautiful your face is, jewelry which completes the look and of course a pair of gorgeous high-heeled shoes – isn’t that what we all want to look like?

REGAAL LEOPARD

Majority of women like wearing high-heeled shoes because they are glamourous. These can be shoes with a high spike heel, sandals with stillettos and even mules with wedge heels – every fashionista must have at least one pair of such shoes in her wardrobe.

High-heeled shoes can be worn with trousers, kapris, evening gowns and even wedding dresses. But still there are some things you should know before buying a pair with sky-high heels.

WRAPPP BLACK SUEDE

High-heeled shoes make the wearer look elegant and brilliant. The leg looks longer, more slender and attractive especially if the shoes perfectly match the attire.

Shoes and sandals with high heels make the figure more proportionate and sexy. You will walk confidenltly because you know you look fantastic.

One can feel uncomfortable wearing spike heels but as time passes she can get accostomed to them. But shoes with chunky heels are more comfortable and less harmfull for health.

Useful tips

1. Don’t wear high heels all day long.

2. Ideal height of the heel is 2 inches.

3. Make smaller steps when wearing high heels.

4. Choose shoes that fit you perfectly.

Don’t try to squeeze your feet into shoes that are of smaller size. If you opt for closed-toe shoes a half a size bigger pair can be good. Remember that bigger shoes are more difficult to wear than smaller ones.

5. If you have to wear high heels the whole day take proper care of your feet in the evening.

Do a couple of exercises to improve blood circulation and then allow your feet to relax. Make a bath for the feet and light massage, this will release the tension and bring you lots of nice sensations.

6. Your body, as well as feet, needs time to get used to high heels. P

ractice wearing shoes with heels of various heights and choose what feels best for you. Learn to walk easily and unconstrainedly.

Problems that may occur

Charles by Charles David – Pompadour (Magenta Leather) – Footwear

From ergonomic point of view wearing high heels can become really dangerous. Blisters, calluses and plantar callosities are far from being the most hazardous problems.

Doctors noticed long ago that pain in knees and back occurs more often in women who love wearing sky-high heels. Besides, the center of gravity shifts forward, thus making it more difficul to walk: you always need to take additional muscular effort to walk with a straignt back.

First of all, the waist suffers because of natural bending of the backbone. Some women experience numbless of the feet while they walk, that brings additional complication in keeping the balance.

Well, dear women, high heels do look great and make us look wonderful but they as well bring lots of problems. So, before purchasing a pair of suchlike, think twice. Is it really worth ruining your health?
