Lady Gaga and Elton John are teaming up together but not for a record. The star duo that sang together are now designing a fashion line for Macy’s. Well, that escalated quickly. The pair is known for their respective involvement with charity projects so they decided to name their limited-edition collection Love Bravery and share a 25% cut from the purchase price with Lady Gaga’s Born This Way Foundation and Elton John AIDS Foundation.
The singers aren’t doing this alone though. Gaga involved the professionals in the cause, her stylist fashion designer Brandon Maxwell and her designer sister Natali Germanotta. WWD reports that the collection will include athleisure, accessories, and apparel with no item costlier than $100. The prices range between $24-$59 for athleisure and accessories.
Collection includes music-themed accessories
Love Bravery is launching on May 9 in 150 Macy’s stores and will be also available online through August.
Kendall and Kylie shoot bikinis for Topshop
In other news, Alexander Wang teams up with Kris and Kylie Jenner on a supersecret project. No one knows what it is yet, but it definitely involves shooting (the fashion kind). It doesn’t distract Kylie from her clothes collection expansion with sister Kendall. The duo announced a swimwear line for Topshop, it’s all ready and even the photoshoot is done. If you shopped at Victoria’s Secret for swimwear you might want to look into this Jenner Topshop line now that the underwear brand decided to cut swimsuits from their collection (in case you didn’t know).
Finally, Kylie’s’ ex BFF pop star Pia Mia was named a new Material Girl by none other than Madonna on Instagram yesterday. Although the friends aren’t seen together anymore their styles are very much alike, so expect a very Kylie-esque Material Girl collection soon, I guess.
