In Paris in the morning of July 7 2009, Armani Prive presented his astonishing and fabulous Autumn/Winter 2009-2010 haute couture fashion collection.

The designer’s mixed men’s dailywear and haute couture, the result could be compared to the celebrity red carpet – bodysuits and trousers with crystal beaded, shimmery and sheer adornment on the back and sleeves.
Deep v-neck, huge shoulders, strapless dresses, long siquined gowns and glamorous coctail suits were demonstrated on the Armani Prive runway.
A lot of sequins glimmered on waist jackets, spangles shined on cocktail trouser suits, and evening gowns were encrusted with crystals.
The dress was with zips on the back.
The new trend, the zip motif, was presented in this collection for Fall 2009/Winter 2010.
Zips sew in the expressiveness on jumpsuits and blousons.
There latter were presented in black velvet or else embroidered with sequins or beads and paired with shimmering lace miniskirts.
The models showed anorak or parka-style, evening jackets, with big cat-print linings, satin “track pants”.
Everything was full of zips, which were used as decoration, interlacing waists, torsos, hips and necks.
Other designs were encrusted with beads and sequins.
Coctail-suits combine wild, jungle theme with glamour tendensies – body-con dresses, jackets in tiger-prints and scale discs of leather.
The leading colors in new A/W Haute Couture 2009-2010 collection are blue, gray, black, white, nothing bright and fanciful.
Transformers actress Megan Fox, Lord of the Rings actress Cate Blanchett, Elsa Pataky came to the show.
Cate Blanchett opted for a pagoda-shouldered dress by Armani and Megan looked a million dollars sexy in a simple an very stylish asymmetrical grey cocktail dress, designed by Armani himself.
Cate Blanchett said after the show:
It’s blinding, it’s beautiful, really beautiful.”
French actress Isabelle Huppert, who was the head of the Cannes Film Festival jury in 2009, colleague Emmanuelle Beart and Italy’s Claudia Cardinale also turned up at the show.
The collection is great!
I think a lot of these hot outfits will be favored by celebrities for red carpet.
After the fashion show, at the Palais de Chaillot, Giorgio Armani hosted a champagne reception in the Musee de l’Homme, next door, to launch his newest fragrance, namedl’Idole .
