While Miranda Kerr graces British InStyle August 2011 issue, the USA edition of the magazine belongs to Katie Holmes. The Kennedys star looks lovely and glamorous wearing a purple dress for the front page. Inside the glossy there are Katie’s other photographs – all beautiful and stylish.
Despite the fact I personally don’t think Katie Holmes is a stylish woman some say she’s a kind of a style icon. Besides, she is the founder and designer of a fashion line together with a good friend. In the interview for InStyle August 2011 issue she says she likes experimenting with new clothing, trying on new trends but always stays true to styles which she looks wonderful in.

Katie Holmes on her willingness to experiment with new clothes: “I’m not afraid to try a new designer or do something trendy, but it has to look right on my body. You don’t want to look like a fashion victim!”
