Lady GaGa Does Cosmopolitan April 2010 Issue

We hear and read about Lady GaGa every day. We see her in all those extravagant outfits she amazes people with. We think she is confident, strong and arrogant. But one of her recent interviews revealed that she has a softer side and it’s all about family thing.

In the new issue of Cosmopolitan magazine, the one for April, Lady GaGA tells readers about her career and the fact one of her exs didn’t believe she would become a star.

On her ex: “I had a boyfriend who told me I’d never succeed, never be nominated for a Grammy, never have a hit song, and that he hoped I’d fail. I said to him, ‘Someday, when we’re not together, you won’t be able to order a cup of coffee at the fucking deli without hearing or seeing me.”

Such a prophetic statement!

On her career: “I ate shit for so long, being told I didn’t fit the mold and that I was ‘too pop’ or ‘too theater’…I’ve always been delusionally ambitious to the point where people don’t understand me.”

The magazine promises to publish much more about GaGa including her words about devoted friends and the love advice that ONLY she would give.

The star poses on the cover looking pretty and natural, and sexy. She is wearing a flesh-colored lingerie ensemble and has her hair freely cascading on her shoulders. Beautiful!

Two other pictures show her wearing black outfits that accentuate her pale complexiona and bright red lips.

You might already know that the songbird is on a world tour now called Monster Ball. And you know what? Some of her outfits are designed by Giorgio Armani! According to his announcement his high fashion creations include a one-piece with a lobster effect on the sleeve, and a sparkly cerulean body suit with exaggerated shoulders.

If you follow the news about Lady GaGa you know that it isn’t the first time Armani has worked with the girl. He provided her much-praised outfits at this year’s Grammys. He considered the young star a ‘modern fashion phenomenon.’

He said:

We hear Lady Gaga’s music everywhere we go, it is like a soundtrack of our times. In addition to her formidable songwriting skills, she is a modern fashion phenomenon.’
