Paris Hilton ‘Siren’ perfume

Share |

Just yesterday we informed you about a new fragrance by Queen Latifah and today I’m here to tell you that Paris Hilton launches a new scent as well.

It’s going to be number six scent in her perfume empire and is named ‘Siren’. It is a tropical floral fragrance with notes of vanilla bean and creamy musk.

There are also notes of mandarin, apricot nectar, frangipani, honeysuckle, coconut orchid, water lily and sandalwood. Interesting combination, isn’t it?

The fragrance is produced through Parlux Fragrances and developed by Honorine Blanc.

The hotel heiress is said to have been inspired by the seductive creatures of ancient Greek mythology whose enchanting music lured sailors to their death. Paris poses as a mermaid and adds sophistication and modern glamour to the myth.

Siren is all about being sexy in a playful way. I feel irresistible as a mermaid,” the socialite explains of the image.

What girl doesn’t want to have fun being a fantasy creature that men can’t resist?”

Paris describes the photoshoot:

I had hair that was basically down to the floor and a big beautiful gold mermaid tail. I literally had to be carried to the set, cause once I put my mermaid fin on, there was no way I could walk. I felt like Ariel from The Little Mermaid. The pictures turned out fantastic and which shot by one of my favorite photographers Marc Lidell. What an amazing photographer he is and so much fun to work with.”

Paris Hilton Siren’s sculpted glass bottle was designed to resemble the tail of a mermaid. The fragrance will be available in 50 ($45) and 100 ($55) ml Eau de Parfum and in matching body products.
