The modern financial atmosphere and looks to the past for tips on how to deal with it are also considered in issue.

Looking through the Vogue library, it was irresistible to republish some of the make-do-and-mend style advice advocated by the Vogue teams during the World Wars. We’re not at war – at least, not at the time of writing – but it was a reminder that lean years often produce great ideas and creativity.”
