British Designer Alexander McQueen is now back to work with one of the popular shoes brands.
He will once again design for sports brand, Puma.
The previous collection of shoes by McQueen for Puma was a success and now two design giants want to create a full line of sports-inspired outfits and accessories.
This range of spotwear debuted in Milan, Italy, on January 20 as a part of men’s clothing show F/W 2009-2010 that is in progress now.
And also the latest fashion collection by Alexander McQueen will decorate a short movie named Ghost. This film will present the collaboration between the Alexander McQueen and Sam Faramond.
Puma’s spokeman said,
The design of the form of Alexander McQueen shoes, clothing and accessories marketed during the autumn or cold from 2009-2010. This collection will be available at the Puma Black Station,” he said.
As you know, designer Alexander McQueen is one of the famous fashion creators, whose designs are used by a lot of the celebrities. Alexander McQueen and Puma will design for both women and men, and are already creating a new style in the fashion world.
Jochen Zeitz, the chairman and chief executive officer of Puma, explained earlier in a statement the union of defiant fashion designer and sports outfits company:
“Alexander McQueen is one of the most creative minds in fashion, and his collaboration with Puma will make his work accessible to a broader customer.”
Alexander McQueen said in 2006,
I have always had a great passion for trainers, so I am very excited about this collaboration with Puma. I am confident that my design philosophy, combined with Puma’s excellence in the field, will result in a totally unique product. I believe that this partnership will be a great success.”
