How to choose clothes for pregnant business woman
Being pregnant is not easy physically, emotionally and even fashionably. If you work you need to look good no matter how big your baby bump is. But dressing stylishly is possible and it doesn’t always mean spending all your salary on clothes.

When shopping for maternity clothing keep in mind a few important things:
1. Monotone and soft hues are perfect. You can combine garments of these colors more successfully than those of bright tints. Darker tones are more practical and have a slimming effect, so your belly will look smaller than it is. Of course you don’t need to hide your pregnancy but demonstrating it too much is not a good thing either. So for a certain period you better avoid vivid colors, extraordinary combinations and tight-fitting clothes.
Simple ensembles coming in black, beige, brown, grey, blue and khaki tones should be brightened up with bold accessories: scarves, headwear, chunky jewelry and, of course, footwear. All these items you’ll be able to wear after having a baby, too.
2. Stay away from baggy clothes. Looking like a tent is hardly what you want. You might think wide clothing can hide your bulge but instead they make your figure bigger. That’s why garments should fit you and contain some stretch.

Your goal is a soft silhouette. A bit stretching garments can help you feel more comfortable and spend less money, because you will wear such items longer.
3. When choosing trousers opt for a pair that flares downwards. It will make your shape more balanced and proportional. Skirt should be long enough so that you feel comfortable when sitting.
If you have beautiful slender legs don’t hide those. Opt for a low-waisted pencil skirt of knee-length. Mini-skirts and skirts with long splits are to avoid for awhile.
4. Freshen up your look with accessories. Your pregnancy is not an exuse to look bad. On the contrary, you should accentuate your attractiveness. Choose stylish earrings that match your eye color, an exquisite bracelet will distract attention from your figure.
5. Don’t underestimate the role of a jacket. Try your favourite one by undoing a few lower buttons. Then buy a maternity jacket. Its design is usually looser and hides the bump better, so that your figure will look more harmonious. A little trick can help too: tie a long scarf around your neck and let it hang down. Leave the jacket unbottoned. No one will notice what you wear under the jacket.
These simple rules will help you look better in the best period of your life!
