Pleasant news for us, fashionistas! LBD abbreviation has been included into the latest edition of Oxford English Dictionary. LBD, that means Little Black Dress, has been known and used for long in the fashion incdustry and now it has become official for everyone else in the world.
LBD is an item that each of us owns because it is a fashion staple, something that we can wear at almost any event, something that will be in vogue forever.
The most famous LBD, I guess, is the one Audrey Hepburn wore in Breakfast at Tiffany’s. It was a Givenchy’s creation. Since then on designers have paid lots of attention to this piece of the wardrobe.
