Love changes Samantha Ronson’s views

Lindsay Lohan was hit with flour by anti-fur protesters on Saturday night in Paris. Her girlfriend, Samantha Ronson, has gone to bat for her sweetheart. She wrote in her MySpace blog:

‘I don’t wear fur, but I don’t think I have the right to ATTACK those who do. No one has that right… The girl who threw the flour acted like an animal herself.’ Though a bit afterwards the girl added: ‘ I take that back, it’s an insult to animals to group her in with them, my dog is FAR more civilized than that person.’

Hollywood starlet Lindsay Lohan was wearing a black fur stole when she arrived at the VIP Room Theatre on Saturday night. That garment made Parisian PETA supporters angry that led to the scandal accident.

There is nothing remotely ‘fashionable’ about the torture and death of animals killed for fur,” animal rights group PETA’s Robbie LeBlanc told Usmagazine.com in a statement following the incident. “Lindsay Lohan might be able to ignore images of bloody animals skinned alive for their pelts, but we hope a dash of flour will help her rise to the occasion and forsake fur once and for all.”

Samantha is known for her love to animals but it seems love may have changed that. However, it may cause some disagreement between her and her sister US designer Charlotte Ronson who attended the Cool vs. Cruel Awards to support their night of fur-free fashion at the Humane Society of the United States last week with Agyness Deyn.
