Lydia Hearst Graces L’Officiel December 2009 Issue

I think at least once in her life every woman dreams of living in the time when ladies wore fabulous puffy dresses with all those beautiful embellishments, frills, embroidery, equisite hats and sophisticated jewelry.

Times have changed but sometimes we see such pictures and they excite us and make our imagination fly. The photo shoot for December issue of L’Officiel magazine shows us just that luxurious epoch with perfect-looking girls, chic apartments and sumptuous clothing.

Lydia Hearst graces these wonderful pictures and looks incredibly gorgeous.Her attires have been created by modern designers like Diane Von Furstenberg, Chanel, Marchesa, Valentino, but they look as elegant and chic as those which were made long ago.

I love the pictures a lot. All those feathers, light flowing fabrics, lace and ruches make me forget about modern crazy minimalism fashion. I do want to have a few dresses of that style to admire myself at least at home in front of my own mirror if I don’t find an occasion to wear them!
