Feminine, bright and mixed of colors and prints was shown in her collection for Spring/Summer 2010 Diane von Furstenberg in New York Fashion week.
And her spring theme is a queen of the desert and safari.
The models wore blue, yellow, black-and-white, brown and orange outfits, zebra and leopard, tiger prints, mix of different colors and styles.
She presented safari suits and leopard-spot shirtdresses, a daisy-chain maxi dress, green macrame dress, gold bomber jacket.
Diane von Furstenberg can do no wrong,” said stylist Mary Alice Stephenson. “It’s always a perfect mix of what editors want — over the top, gold embellishment — but there’s also those little dresses that everyone wants.”
Dailywear or night outfits styles are accessorized to the 90s, with crowns of golden leaves threaded into crimped ‘dos and stacks of woven bracelets inching up both arms to the elbow.
