Red-carpet-event label Marchesa presented a gorgeous collection of evening dresses for Spring-Summer 2010.
The line is perfect as always. Even hard-to-please women can find a piece or two they will like a lot.
Talking about colors the designers chose for the collection we can say the focus is obviously on pastels and black-and-white combination. Spring is a delicate season and probably this was the reason for selecting reserved tones: pink, beige, peach, pretty light greens and violets together with vibrant purples.
Special attention should be given to black-and-white dresses which look classy and sophisticated.
Flowers are a leitmotive of the whole collection. We see flowers attached and embroidered, flowers making up the full skirt, flowers adorning shoes and tights… Flowers do make each outfit look more feminine and exquisite!

The dresses are airy and godess-like. The impression from the gowns is intensified with long light feather eyelashes – unspeakable beauty!

Some dresses come in geisha-style and this makes them even more interesting and attractive for us. There is a certain twist to Oriental fashion we have wtnessed in recent seasons.

And what else we should notice in the line is the clutches that have been presented by Marchesa for the first time. The tiny, richly adorned bags look fantastic and ideally match the dresses they come with.
