PFW: Hermes Spring/Summer 2010

The theme of Hermes Spring/Summer 2010 collection unveiled during Paris Fashion Week was apparently tennis. But this doesn’t mean all the clothes were focused on that. There were classic pieces and casual ones, too.

Tennis-based items included a variatey of tennis skirts, jackets, cardigans, dresses and sweatbands. To my surprise, these outfits were combined with signature Hermes Birkin bags.

Casual pieces were mostly oriented on young people. Short shorts, and super-short skirts, lingerie seen through sheer materials, chiffon ruffled blouses completed this part of the range.

And classic styles, more peculiar for Hermes, were not presented in a wide variety but those which we saw looked great – elegant, chic and sophisticated.
