Selena Gomez’s line ready

We have recently informed you about the upcoming Selena Gomez clothing line. And here it is now: youthful and eco-friendly.

Some pieces seem to be interesting enough, for instance, a red scarf with flower print looks nice and dark-brown suede fringe boots, too. However, to tell you the truth, I expected to see something more classic, more exquisite and sophisticated.

Well, I don’t think the collection is very bad. It’s just Selena needs to work on lots of things, at least on the skill to combine clothes into good-looking ensembles. A nice attempt though!

Selena isn’t the first teenager to launch her collection. But her line is completely different from all the previous ones. Beside making attractive and comfortable garments, Selena wanted those to be organic or recycled in some way.

And being the youngest UNICEF ambassador ever, Gomez said she wants to be someone her fans can look up to in everything she does.

The girl wished to send a good message, to be positive about all things including outfits.

With my line, I really want to give the customer options on how they can put their own looks together,” she said. “I want the pieces that can be easy to dress up or down, and the fabrics being eco-friendly and organic are superimportant. Also, the tags will all have some of my inspirational quotes on them. I’m just looking to send a good message.”
