THose jeans in the picture are 'straight legs' not 'skinnies'.

Women seem to think fitting their size 12 arse into a size 8 pair of jeans 'hold them in'. Wear skinny jeans that fit and I dont see how they'd be tight enough to do anything but look good....

It's in the name - SKINNY jeans - it can't be any more obvious, if you're not skinny, don't wear skinny jeans. You'll benefit yourself and everyone. Thank you.

I don't really see the point in skinny jeans - they look far too uncomfortable, and by the sounds of it, are not worth wearing if they cause the wearer to experience pain in the legs.

While this is a very interesting article I think there is a bigger health risk at the amount of women that are too obese to fit into skinny jeans or even regular size baggy jeans.

The sad thing is I see too many makeover shows on TV that show women how to "look slim" yet do not tell them what to do to keep the fat off forever.

I think more women will be happy to learn what to do to get a sexy body as opposed to wearing clothes that give the "illusion" of a sexy body.

Great article but I think tight skinny jeans are low on the totem pole for women's health risks
