Kate Middleton and Prince William have ended their overseas tour of India and Bhutan. The Duchess of Cambridge has brought an entire squad of ladies to carry her outfits along with her personal hairstylist. The royal couple arrived for their week-long tour without their kids and visited New Delhi, Mumbai, and the kingdom of Bhutan. Kate showed off lots of different designer and affordable (including local) brand outfits. Her tour wardrobe almost exclusively consisted of dresses, which as usual were close in style to local fashion.
There are a lot of prints and patterns, embellishments and bright colors. For her Taj Mahal visit Kate wore a patterned Reem Acra dress and a similar Temperley gown to an event in Queen’s honour. She played cricket in a local designer Anita Dongre’s dress in pink and green mixed prints and fed a baby elephant in a pink Topshop dress with black embroidery.
Her more formal attire included gowns from a favorite designer Jenny Packham, Tory Burch, and of course, yet again Temperley.
All in all it’s been an interesting foray into Duchess of Cambridge’s wardrobe. What do you think? Like it better than her Australian tour garb from 2014?
