Taylor Swift Talks Relationships In Allure December 2010

I like the thing Taylor Swift is not like other stars who try to grab attention by exposing a lot of flesh or creating scandalous situations. All she does is singing and that’s good. But I do think that despite her fame and popularity she still feels a bit lonely. I make such conclusions from all those numerous talks about her past relationships and songs she writes about guys she liked. Even in Allure December 2010 issue the country music star reveals about her attitude to wrong relationships and advice she used to give to friends on love matters.

Taylor Swift, who looks wonderful on the cover of Allure December 2010, gave a frank interview to the magazine. Read the highlights:

On how she used to give bad relationship advice: “Like, the best way to get a guy to like you would be to actively ignore him. I was filled with advice! I’d tell my friends things like, Don’t accept that apology! That isn’t sincere! Or He hung out with his ex-girlfriend? Get rid of him. But love is never that simple. Now I’m finally getting the idea it’s the one thing I don’t need to have a strategy for. I can only write the material I know, which is what happens to me.”

On being afraid of wrong relationships: “I’m typically single a lot. I have a phobia about being in the wrong relationship, so as soon as I establish it’s not the right one I don’t want to waste their time.”
On Justin Bieber: “He’s sweet and awesome, and it’s, like, fascinating how charismatic he is. So genuine, I’ll join his fan club.”
