Chanel Iman, who arrived at the event accompanied by designer Tom Ford, wore an unusual floor-length dress with black sheer insets.
Coco Rocha brightened up the red carpet with her vintage Givenchy pant suit paired with a matching jacket originally worn by Elizabeth Taylor.
The highest-paid model Gisele Bundchen attended the 2012 Met Ball with her husband Tom Brady. The supermodel wore a stunning Givenchy dress and shoes for the occasion.
Candice Swanepoel also appeared on the red carpet of the 2012 Met Ball. The South African model looked fabulous in her royal blue custom Rag & Bone evening gown.
