Rosie Huntington-Whiteley is a gorgeous model who also had a movie debut in one of the biggest franchises in the industry, the Transformers and fashion campaigns for various brands. So when she tried her hand in designing lingerie with retailer Marks & Spencer, which she was modeling for years, it paid off grandly making her first Rosie for Autograph Fall/Winter 2012 collection the fastest-selling lingerie line in Marks & Spencer’s history. And it’s not hard to see why. Inspired by luxury vintage clothes and jewelry and designed with model’s personal understanding of what makes good lingerie the collection turned out gorgeously glamorous.
Now her Spring/Summer 2013 collection designed with consideration of the Valentine’s Day includes luxury silks, blush color palette and beautiful rose prints.
As this collection is launching so close to Valentine’s Day, it was more important than ever to make sure that all the new colours complemented all skintones. We decided upon a gorgeous palette of blush pinks and warm neutrals which every woman will love to wear.
The Spring 2013 collection consists of lingerie sets and new nightwear pieces like nightdress, babydoll in a hand-painted print, and a maxi chiffon wrap. Soozie Jenkinson, head of design for lingerie at M&S said:
Rosie and I put softness and romance at the very top of our creative agenda for this collection. Lingerie is a beautifully personal, intimate gift and so every attention to detail was designed with femininity in mind, using the finest fabrics such as sumptuous silks and French designed rose lace.
These pieces are surely to make great Valentine’s Day gifts. There are also different sizes available. The bras come in sizes from 30-40 with cups ranging from A to G or E and briefs in 8 to 20.
Lingerie also comes at affordable prices with dressing gown for £59.00 and a camisole set for £45.00.
