In that case, maybe a low back halter-style bra will work. 2) If your breasts need just a bit of additional support, there's a product called Extreme Silicone Adhesive Bra which comes in sizes up to DD 3) If you don't need much support at all (if your breasts sit high on your chest with a good shape when naked) you can probably get away with going braless with an evening dress. Just use 2-sided tape to keep the dress in place. Ash, I think you have three options:
