Coco Rocha has always been different from other model girls. Coco Rocha has worked under collaboration with a charitable organization Senhoa, which is based in Cambodia and intended to rescue and rehabilitate young women from the sex-trafficking trade. All the profits from the sale of Rocha’s jewelry collection will go towards the cause.

Speaking about how the collaboration was started Coco Rocha said:

Over the course of the next year [I] wore Senhoa jewelry pieces at various red carpet events. As I learned more about the issue of human trafficking and heard the particular stories of these girls that Senhoa assists I knew I wanted to do something more. So we decided that a jewelry collaboration was a great way to lend my voice to the cause.”

Rocha also added that she wanted to make the collection that would reflect her personal aesthetic:

I’m very picky about the jewelry I like to wear so this collection definitely reflects my personal aesthetic. I wanted to create a very fashion forward collection, but still incorporate the wonderful beading work the Senhoa women are known for. I also tried to create pieces that symbolize the Senhoa girl who is being empowered through the program.”

The Canadian model commented on why some of her jewelry pieces cost a lot of money:

I think when people learn about the wonderful cause these pieces support, they won’t feel bad about spending money. Our motto is “accessorize your conscience” and really, no one has a reason to feel guilty for treating themselves to one of these pieces!”

Missoni for Target lookbook looks great. There are around 400 products in the collection including menswear, womenswear, accessories, home decorations and more. There is even a bicycle printed with Missoni’s signature zigzag. The collection will launch on September 8th just for the time for Fashion’s Night Out.

Missoni for Target collection includes coats, tops, skirts, and dresses. The clothes comes with a touch of 60′s fashion. Accessories range from scarves to headbands, hats and handbags. There is also some footwear as ballet pumps in zigzag prints, black heeled shoes and floral-printed rain boots. The collection is pretty extensive so there is kids’ apparel, tableware, furniture, home collection of towels, bedsteads, frames, candles, vases, and pillows.

As Missoni, we have a big name but we are not a huge company, so there’s not much product around,

said Angela Missoni.

Missoni was founded in 1953 by Ottavio and Rosita Missoni in Gallarate. Their workshop was set in the basement of the building. The brand has become popular for their colorful graphics and knitwear. In the late sixties Missoni get an international recognition and an Elle France cover. The brand is continuing to deliver beautiful colorful knitwear showing off their collections at every fashion week.

Missoni for Target collection prices range will be between$2.99 and $599.99. The pieces look great and the best thing of all they are affordable to a wide public. The collection is expected to be in Target from September 13th to October 22nd but take note that some pieces will be available exclusively online.

Animal prints haven’t gone anywhere in the new season. The snakeskin prevails though but leopard hasn’t gone completely. In fact it has stuck around for a while now and many fashionistas seem to love it. But since leopard is now something quite common we decided to put out some fresh ideas for wearing a leopard print.

Put Focus on It

If you want to accentuate the print you might want to keep the rest of your outfit more subdued. Black is great when it comes to a subtle background. Red, white, bright green. Be bold but keep it color vs. one leopard-printed details like a bag, shoes or a sleeveless jacket.

DO Mix Prints

‘Don’t mix prints’ – the fashion rule says, but this season is an exception, mixing prints is one of the trends so you can experiment with other prints that complement the leopard print you’re wearing. There are bad print mixes that conflict with each other but sometimes it’s also a matter of taste. So if you like to be noticed be sure that one print is dominant, it’s bolder, brighter or larger size. Otherwise the prints will compete with each other ruining your outfit.

Accessorize Boldly

This season is about opulence so you can throw in some dazzle into your leopard print outfit. Try not to overdo though. Since leopard print itself can be quite overwhelming opt for a few bold details like chunky gold jewelry or a bold handbag but keep it in balance.

Go for Subtlety

Conventional leopard print is kind of an eyesore to be honest, so if you like the print but want to freshen it up go with a leopard pattern rather than a print. It will show in the light but will stay subtle. Also look into leopard print in hazy subdued colors. It’s there, but it’s not there until you take a closer look.

Unconventional Colors

Leopard print in unconventional colors is not new, but you still can break away from that classic brown with some technicolor leopard. Wear it in clothes or footwear and try using color blocks to incorporate it with this latest trend.

Most times though, less is more. So if you are afraid to overdo it with the animal print go with a little detail in your outfit. It can be statement shoes, little shoulder bag or clutch or even just a bracelet or belt.

Beyonce friend singer Kelly Rowland has opted for black mini dress from Falguni & Shane Peacock Fall 2011 collection with gold appliques and feathery front. It looks great on Kelly who has paired the dress with Christian Louboutin peep toe shoes.

Another best-dressed celeb was Selena Gomez who looked great in black lace Julien Macdonald mini dress with a long train. The bodice embroidery is amazing and the gold accessories add a bit of shine to the outfit. The gold gold Brian Atwood shoes perfectly match the Judith Leiber clutch and Ofira jewelry.

Katie Holmes looked relaxed and playful in her Azzedine Alaia in an intricate print that she paired with brown Proenza Schouler shoes with black lacing. I would opt for other shoes here but she still looks great.

Zoe Saldana looks gorgeous in her mini Barbara Bui dress from Fall 2011 at 2011 MTV Video Music Awards. The dress/tunic has an embellished top and a plunging neck. The actress also wore Barbara Bui reptile skin sandals, black Lanvin clutch and Ofira jewelry.
