Britney Spears looks hot and glamorous posing for Candie’s Spring-Summer 2010 campaign titled “Britney Spears Through The Lens”. Last season when the songstress graced the shoots some of the images were retouched, but this time she looks natural and beautiful thanks to regular workouts.

The new campaign for Candie’s was captured by three acclaimed photographers – Annie Leibovitz, Mark Seliger and Terry Richardson – at Paramount Studios in Hollywood late last year. All the three took various approaches to work and the photos are absolutely different from each other in the result.

Annie Leibovitz went for a black-and-white version and created pictures with Britney looking chic and sexy. The singer was featured on a dark grey background wearing a black dress embellished richly at the cleavage.

Terry Richardson chose a plain white set for the shoot. Brightly colored pink teddy that was placed on the girl’s shoulders and funky shoes and bracelets added colors to the photos. Britney was dressed in a white lingerie ensemble that looked great on her toned-up body. (See the photo here.)

Britney Spears is such a person who I have lots of very diverse opinions about and for the most part those are negative.

I don’t consider her clever enough and she isn’t very stylish. She can’t be a good mother to her kids and some of her statesments make me sick. But she is popular and she tries to improve her life and reputation. That’s good and I do respect her for that.

The girl who used to kiss women and wear extremely skimpy clothing looks nice and glamorous in January 2010 issue posing outdoors and in the kitchen. The singer plays with her sons and looks forward to the better.

Speaking fashionably she looks incredibly good in a blue coat and Louboutin shoes. And she looks feminine and sophisticated wearing a white gown beside a pool. And finally she is super-sexy donning a black ensemle and a pair of sunglasses covering her eyes.

The new Candie’s ad with Candie’s spokesperson Britney Spears has just been revealed.

The previous ad campaign was glamorous and very funny. This ad is quite interesting too. A lot of pink and lilac.

Britney wore Candie’s in her new music video Radar, where she was in jeans, in a white dress and wide-brimmed sunha.

The part of video will also appear in a Candie’s television commercial that is set to debut later this summer.

In the middle of the twenties century half of the world rushed to the California, USA in search of gold. In 1853 Levi Strass, native of Bavaria, also left his home for America.

But goldfields weren’t interesting for him. He started his own business focusing on making strong pants for gold diggers.

His factory produced overalls from brown canvas that was delivered from an Italian town Genoa. Bales had marks Genes on them, and Americans read it in the same way as ‘jeans’, so later the word was changed and pants were mostly called as ‘jeans’.

Soon the pants became blue. This happened due to the fact the factory ran out of canvas. The production couldn’t be stopped and Levi decided to use thick blue twill delivered from Nim town in France.

Mark ‘De Nimes’ (‘From Nim’) gave name to the fabric itself and pants made of it began to be called – denim.

Though the material was very durable sometimes it couldn’t carry heavy mining tools and gold bars. Levi solved this problem soon as well. He started using metallic rivets to prevent pants from tearing.

And in 1873 first Levi’s jeans with rivets appeared.

A bit later women took this clothing item into their wardrobe too.

In 1953 the first woman’s design was created.

Thus in the 50s jeans became the most fashionable garment and the whole world got to love them!
Sex-symbols of the epoch – Elvis Presley, Marlon Brando – liked wearing jeans a lot.

Moreover, first jeans were perceived as sexy clothes.

Fishnets are still on the full run. As far as they are considered sexy and respectable, they’ll be sold in retail stores.

Our celebs are the first to show us the trends. And now we see them wearing the fishnets.

Why not?

Women believe that fishnets can ‘change your leg shape’ making legs appear more toned and slimmer, they can ‘change a women’s mood’; while 71 per cent of 35-plus women said they ‘make them feel younger’.

In a new survey by premium hosiery design brand Jonathan Aston, on average women choose to wear fishnet to accentuate their sex appeal, and make their legs look better.

Despite being career minded, a third of the 1,000 women surveyed confessed that fishnets and smart black shoes were the winning comb, and when worn with right outfits are very appropriate so we say!

The research also revealed that 18 per cent of women thought that fishnets gave them a way to express their personalities at work, while a measly 8 per cent commented that fishnets shouldn’t be worn in the work place.

Over half of the women surveyed said that only mesh with tiny holes should be worn to a wedding, although 63 per cent said they were ‘perfectly acceptable’ attire for a funeral.

According to those questioned, wearing fishnets over 40 years of age is not a sign of a women’s mid-life crisis, but a statement of independence and confidence.

Sarah-Jane Hingorani, Hosiery Designer for Jonathan Aston commented:

“Fishnets can make a real statement and are versatile; they can be irreverent and fun and also look professional and smart. You should feel confident and wear fishnets whether you are sixteen or sixty.”

She added:

“Younger girls love bright colours, and will wear styles with a larger mesh, while older wearers prefer a finer mesh, and tend to choose black and nude tones.”

But, you know what? I do trust Madonna, Rihanna, Girls Aloud and Lady GaGa, Britney Spears and who wear fishnets as a modern trend.

Singer Britney Spears, 27, is named the next Candie’s Only at Kohl’s spokesmodel.

She will be featured in Candie’s upcoming Candie’s Only At Kohl’s ad campaign.

Britney Spears will replace the Heroes starlet Hayden Panettiere. Hayden Panettiere was the face of the shoe and accessories line for two years.

Britney will arise in Candie’s print, TV, in-store and online ads this year.

Due to their collaboration, Candie’s and Kohl’s sponsor Britney’s Circus tour, beginning on March 3.

“Britney’s back and Candie’s has her,” said Dari Marder, the chief marketing officer for Candie’s Iconix Brand Group.

“We are thrilled to announce our partnership with Britney, which marks her first ever apparel endorsement. There is a perfect synergy between our Candie’s girls and Britney’s fan base and to be able to partner with her during such a monumental time in her career is very exciting for the brand,” Dari revealed further.

Britney said,

I’m so excited to be the face for Candie’s Only at Kohl’s. Candie’s and Kohl’s are doing such great things with my tour. It’s great to work with a line that has such cool clothes and accessories.”
