Another viewpoint on the problem of size zero in fashion gives famous Canadian model Coco Rocha. The beauty claims she has been rejected for ‘being too fat’.

The girl says she isn’t invited to walk the runway because many designers think she needs to lose more weight to fit the clothes they create. Despite being 7st 7lbs (UK dress Size 6) she is considered too big…
Miss Rocha has made her comments this week after participating in New York Fashion Week where she was modelling for Diane von Furstenberg.
I’m not in demand for the shows anymore,’ she said. ‘I’ve been told to lose weight when I was really skinny.’
The model is just one of the few colleagues who speaks openly against the demand for models to be zero-sized. And her opinion is fully justified as we all heard about two recent deaths of models Luisel Ramos and her sister Eliana.
Luisel, 22, passed away in the result of a heart attack during a fashion week in Uruguay in 2006. She had to live on a diet of green leaves and diet coke for three months to get ready for the catwalk show. Her sister Eliana,18, was also a model. She died from malnutrition six months later in 2007.

I love plaid and stripes, so this campaign looks very nice to me. The pictures are bright and full of life – just what we want for fall and winter!

Brand H&M shows their new ad campagn for Spring/Summer 2009 with colourful, bright, flirty and romantic tones.
The new campaign stars the popular model Coco Rocha.

The spring/summer ad campaign is the mix of coolness and freshness.
The photoshoot was made in a clearly Mediterranean setting. It consists of the dresses and floral prints that drift around the gardens throughout the catalogue, as does a lively Coco.

Coco Rocha, 20, has become one of the hottest and most sought-after models in the industry just after some years. She appeared in such famous publications as Harper’s Bazaar, W magazine and Vogue.

Beautiful woman and Academy Award-winning actress Nicole Kidman does the November 2008 cover of Elle’s Annual Women in Hollywood Issue.

During the interview, the Hollywood mom, 41, told about living in Nashville with country-singer-husband, Keith Urban, being a new mom to baby-girl Sunday and her upcoming film, Australia which is to be released November 26th.

The Baz Luhrmann-directed film is set in pre-World War II Australia, centers around an English aristocrat who inherits a sprawling ranch and reluctantly pacts with a stock-man in order to protect her new property from a takeover plot.

There’s several editorials in this Elle issue. One with Coco Rocha, one with Caroline Winberg, and four other edits with celebs like Daniel Craig, Anderson Cooper, Anne Hathaway, etc.
