Emma Watson is incredible! She was perfect in all Harry Potter parts and she seems an ideal model for ad campaigns as well.

As you know she has been working with Burberry Prorsum since June 2009 and as pratice shows she brings lots of attention to the brand. So, there is no wonder they love her so much. They say that Emma embodies ‘classic effortless beauty’ which is exactly what the label wants to see in the adverts.

The new Spring-Summer 2010 campaign features the actress together with her sibling Alex and three other male models. All the young people look chic and classy and represent the new generation of fashion-conscious Britons.

Christopher Bailey, Burberry’s Chief Creative Officer, commented:
This campaign celebrates our heritage and our timeless Burberry icons. The energy of the images and the dynamic cast reflect the different attitudes and expressions of the Burberry guy and girl.”
We’ve worked again with Emma Watson who has a classic, effortless beauty and is incredibly talented. Alongside Emma we have four British guys; Emma’s younger brother Alex Watson, Matt Gilmour, Max Hurd and George Craig.”

The year is almost over and it’s time to name the most stylish and fashionable. Vogue.com took this serious responsibility and compiled a list of those who were considered well-dressed at glam events we all like so much.

Alexa Chung was chosen as best-dressed woman of 2009. Congratulations!

Position number two was given to actress Audrey Tautou.

The next comes Sarah Jessica Parker, one of my favourite stars – I love her in Sex And The City! In my opinion, she should be the winner.

Some time ago Harry Potter star and a new style icon Emma Watson announced she would like to launch her own clothing line that would benefit a charity. And now we know the organization the proceeds will go to – British fair-trade fashion label People Tree for a spring/summer collection of women’s and men’s apparel and accessories.

You might be surprised by Emma’s choice but she explained why this eco-friendly, socially-conscious brand seemed appealing to her:
I was excited by the idea of using fashion as a tool to help alleviate poverty and knew it was something I could help make a difference with.”
All money from the sales will be donated to the People Tree Foundation, which directly benefits fair-trade farmers and artisans in developing countries.
The collection by Miss Watson includes lots of items, from organic knitwear to T-shirts, dresses, shorts and jewelry. We will be able to have a look at it in February 2010 at peopletree.com.

Whether it’s just a way to keep people interested in Emma Watson or a real fact, but it is rumored that “Harry Potter” star is going to team up with Fairtrade company People Tree to create a teenage clothing line.

The 19-year-old actress is said to be fond of ethical clothes and this is exactly what she wants to work on. It is even reported that the teenage line might be launched later this year.
Emma is planning to do a photo shoot this month and wants the range to have a “casual rock feel”.
Besides, she has called on popular model Tafari Hinds to help her in this really not easy job for her.
She’s a big supporter of ethical concepts so liked the idea of this. There’s also a lot of interest from other influential brands since her success as the face of Burberry. Acting is always going to take priority, but she’s keen to branch out,” said a source close the actress.
However, the rumors haven’t been confirmed yet and probably Emma will again deny the information as she’s done it lately.
Let me remind you that some time ago the Internet buzzed about Watson’s intentions to launch her own line. The rumors turned out false.
The girl said:
I’m really not interested in doing it for my own ego. I’m not a designer.”
However she added:
If someone asked me to do something that was beneficial to a cause, then maybe I’d consider it, but not just (to be able to say) ‘Look at me! I’ve got my own line!’ (It’s) gotten so ridiculous.”
Well, let’s live and see what happens…

Just yesterday we told you that Emma Watson, Harry Potter star, was going to launch her own line to benefit INUCEF.

And today her representative announced she wouldn’t do that and these all were only rumors which had no ground under them unfortunately. He also noted that the face of Burberry and Teen Vogue cover girl prefers to leave the designing to her pals like Karl Lagerfeld.
To tell you the truth I don’t feel upset. Not because I dislike Emma, but because everyone should do what he or she is good at.

To tell you the truth, I’m getting tired of writing that actors and singers turn designers. I have nothing against them personally but do they really believe everyone can be a designer? Well, I don’t…
Now Emma Watson announced she wants to launch her own fashion line.
It’s not much surprising since the girl felt the taste of fashion fame being a model for Burberry and Chanel.
Of course now acting cannot satisfy her multiple interests and she wants more. Well, let’s see what will come out.

The clothing line will be designed especially for teenagers and what’s good and noble is that Emma won’t keep the money to herself. All the proceeds will go to the children’s charity UNICEF.
The line is promised to be interesting because Emma has been “getting advice from her fashion designer pals like Karl Lagerfeld.”

Everybody knows Emma Watson for her excellent acting skills. And as it turns out she can be a perfect model as well!

Burberry brand has chosen her as a new face for their ad campaign. Her new image that includes dark, smoky eye-make up and windswept hair, is much different from the young Harry Potter heroine Hermione Granger we are used to.

The 19 year-old actress looks rather grown-up on the photos.
Moreover, she looks sophisticated modeling signature brand’s items – such as the classic trench coat and accessories, adorned by the iconic Burberry check, from the heritage brand’s forthcoming autumn/winter 2009/10 collection.
