Well, Keira Knightley isn’t the actress who is ready to strip off any time. But she’s made an exception for GQ Magazine, and the March 2012 issue features the Dangerous Method star posing provocatively in just a few pieces of clothing.

Keira Knightley looks very sexy in a pale blue low-cut jumper and high heels on one of the photos. Another one shows us the star sitting in an armchair dressed in a vintage swimming costume. On the third image Keira is photographed on her knees, in a black swimsuit and a leather jacket with tassels.

In the interview for GQ magazine Keira Knightley speaks about how hard it was for her to understand what illness her character Sabina in Dangerous Method suffered from, on different perceptions of her by the Americans and English people and her personal happiness.

Keira Knightley on special researches she made to understand the script of Dangerous Method better: “I vaguely knew it was about sex and blaming your parents. Apart from that I had no idea. So I had to do quite a lot of research to understand what they were talking about and understand where [Sabina] was coming from and the nature of the illness that she had.”

Keira Knightley on her unwillingness to play too risky roles: “I said, ‘I love you, I love the script. But I don’t think it’s something I can do, so I might have to turn it down.’ Once he said he didn’t want it to be sexy or voyeuristic, and as soon as I got my head around the S&M mentality, I said, ‘Okay, let’s do it’.”

Keira Knightley on difference of perceptions between American and British audiences: “The Americans are generally a lot more supportive. They generally like the work a lot more than they do here. It is what it is, I suppose. It could just be that I’m not to a lot of people’s tastes. Which is fine. Well it’s not, obviously. You want to be to everyone’s taste… But. I think it’s better to do your own thing rather than try to please everyone and just be this mushy thing in the middle.. Sometimes it’s like water off a duck’s back, and sometimes it really hurts… and then you go away and cry for an hour or so, and then pick yourself up again…”

Keira Knightley on her new love, musician James Righton, and the happier life: “I’m actually loving this bit right now – doing the work I’m doing, having the life I can have around it. Right now, it’s really good.”

Michelle Williams is one of those women who dresses and behaves very demurely. She never talks about sex in interviews and, unlike some other actresses, attracts people with her charm and talent rather than provocative clothing. But she made an exception for GQ Magazine and posed in her underwear for their cover.

Explaining to GQ Magazine why she prefers not to demonstrate her body on the red carpet or in fashion magazines Michelle Williams said:

I wouldn’t say that that would be one of my first qualities as a human being… being sexy. And I think because my character on Dawson’s Creek was sexy… sexualized… sexual I saw all the negative attention and connotations that can come along with that. And that those things can keep people from seeing you clearly.”

Michelle also stroke a couple of poses for images published inside GQ Magazine. On one photo the actress was featured in a lacy lingerie set, unbuttoned shirt and nude heels. Another showed us the 31-year-old in a transparent chocolate lacy negligee paired with some cream lace underwear.

Michelle Williams, who won the Best Actress award at the 2012 Golden Globes on Sunday for role in My Week with Marilyn shared with GQ about how wonderful her meeting with partner and father of her daughter Matilda, Heath Ledger, was for her.

She said:

Our initial meeting, the circumstances of how we first met, were cosmic or something. Yeah, a lot of things happened at once. It’s a bit like: We had a lot of things to do, because we didn’t have a lot of time, or something.”

She also described how she felt when she lost him back in 2008:

It was making me crazy. I felt like I was going crazy. It was too much…trying to deal with what had happened and trying to deal with what was at our doorstep. I just felt trapped. And it’s not just me… there’s somebody else who I’m trying to protect (daughter Matilda), and I can’t. I can’t make it stop, I can’t make it go away. Trying to find ways to explain it or shield her from it. It’s like you’re trying to go about your life, and make dinner.”

We all have got accustomed to the fact Kristen Stewart doesn’t like talking about her personal life. She hasn’t even confirmed all those rumors about her relationship with Robert Pattinson. But she finally did open up for GQ. While speaking on her role in Snow White she said about how much she wanted to explore the UK because her boyfriend was English. Later she admitted she hadn’t planned to mention that.

Kristen Stewart commented:

So much of my life is so easily googled. I mean, it’s like, come on guys, it’s so obvious! ‘I don’t think you realise what a big deal it is for people. Well, it is a big deal. They would be “Oh. My. God”. There would also be still a 50/50 split. Some people would still be, “See, told you they’re not together.”

She continued:

I don’t worry about it at all. It’s just one of those things. I’m selfish. I’m like, “That’s mine!” And I like to keep whatever is mine remaining that way. It’s a funny little game to play and it’s a slippery slope. I always say to myself I’m never going to give anything away because there’s never any point or benefit for me.”

The Twilight star also shared on paparazzi affecting her life:

It really is not a nightmare, it’s just one of those things. I guarantee whenever I get married or have a baby, everyone is going to want to know my kid’s name and I’m not going to say it for ages. That’s just the way I want to do it. It’ll come out but it won’t have come from me. They’re going to be really pissed off that I won’t say it and I’m just going to say, “No!”

Kristen Stewart also admitted she sometimes had the desire to blurt things but she disn’t:

I also have that desire to blurt stuff out, but I’ve learned I can’t do that. Not when you realise the whole world is listening. That’s why perhaps I look so uncomfortable in interviews at times. I mean, we’ve talked about hiding things and I’ve had to get much more adept at that, sadly. But I’m glad I’m not one of those actresses who is just so ready to open up for everyone.”

Maybe it’s just me that I don’t see anything sexy about Kristen Stewart or probably I used to believe she could become popular without undressing. Well, anyway. It has happened. The Twilight actress has graced a men’s magazine front page.

Of course Kristen Stewart is not nude on the cover of GQ and she is wearing a rather demure swimsuit but the fact she joined the group makes me sad.

What’s next? Posing naked? Is it really so necessary?

Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, who poses topless for GQ July 2011 edition, reveals she was bullied at school:

I was teased about the way I looked at school. I got teased because of my lips. I used to get called T**t lips – because I had big lips but no breasts. And then I was called Kipper Lips.”

She adds:

There was a big group of girls that was Devon’s answer to Mean Girls, and they would storm the bathrooms shouting, ‘I’m going to f****ing deck you, Lips! See you on the school bus.”

Rosie, who has also covered July 2011 issue of Elle, says there were few boys who wanted to go out with her (I wonder how much they regret now.):

Talking about her teenage hobbies Rosie Huntington-Whiteley tells GQ July 2011:

However, when the girl turned 17 her entire life changed. She started a summer internship in the back room of a modeling agency and soon was spotted by agency bosses.

Rosie Huntington-Whiteley tells GQ about how insignificant she felt when made her first steps in modeling:

I was shocked. I used to see all these supermodels walking into the agency – tall, elegant glamazons. I was just a big lump from Devon. But within a year I was travelling to America, being booked for French Connection, Tommy Hillfiger, Abercrombie & Fitch. I started to make serious money. Suddenly school didn’t seem quite so important.”

Now when the whole world is in front of her Rosie says she wants to focus on her acting career. And despite the fact she knows she isn’t the Maryl Streep in the making, she still hopes she can become a good actress.

She said:

Would I like even a sniff of Angelina Jolie’s career? Yes. Do I think I have a future in this business? I certainly hope so. And I’m going to work damn hard to make sure I do.”

She then added:

I’m not standing here and saying I’m an amazing actress or that I’ve had a heap of thespie training. But you’re damned if you do and you’re damned if you don’t.”

Rihanna has posed in a black corset and fishnets for the cover of GQ January 2011 edition looking sexy and very feminine. For other photos in the pictorial the red hot star wore a nude-colored lingerie ensemble that provided great coverage but still looked very appealing. Black satin underwear set added extra chic to the image book.

Irina Shayk, who has been dating Real Madrid player Cristiano Ronaldo since January, believes airbrushing was used to alter three of the pictures that appeared in the 14-page spread. Nudity might have been needed to attract more readers but was indeed illegal.

According to the contract with GQ magazine the model had to prove all the photos, interview and cover before they could be published but in fact the 24-year-old Russian beauty was refused rights for final approval.

In a statement, Gael Marie, managing director of Elite, Irina’s modeling agency said:

Supermodel Irina Shayk is the victim of ‘photoshop’ and breach of contract over photo approval in GQ Spain. The Intimissimi ambassador dawns the cover in an Intimissimi lingerie body suit but unfortunately was photoshopped to appear naked in 3 images of the 14 page spread. Ms. Shayk was not nude and did not approve these images. Irina Shayk NEVER saw the images, cover or caption that was used in GQ Spain.”

Scarlett Johansson looks pretty at the pictures for GQ wearing nothing but a skin-tight lycra dress or a flesh-colored bodysuit. The Iron Man II star gazes alluringly into the camera but for me she doesn’t look as sexy as she herself thinks. With her long blond locks cut now she is no longer a sex symbol for me.
