It’s just the rumor but people don’t talk if there is nothing to talk about. So, maybe it’s true that American model Chanel Iman and the new designer Kanye West are dating. The two were spotted at the Givenchy Spring/Summer 2012 show together and then at the after-party they seemed to be really close. A person who also attended the event said:

West and Iman were embraced with his head on her shoulder.”

Besides, we all remember Chanel Iman walked Kanye West’s fashion show. What do you think? Do you believe they can be a couple?

Kanye West can be a great musician and an ardent fashion fan but he’s no way a designer. He proved it to everyone at Paris Fashion Week on Saturday (October 1). A huge crowd of screaming girls greeted him before the show and his true friends including Rihanna and Beyonce supported him backstage. But all those efforts were simply in vain because the collection Kanye presented was plain and boring. Clothing was ill-fitting and unstylish.

I didn’t really expect much from Kanye West’s Spring/ Summer 2012 collection but what we saw on the runway at Paris Fashion Week was just a weak attempt to play a designer game. Moreover, I can almost feel the disappointment designers in the front row – Azzedine Alaïa, Dean and Dan Caten, Olivier Theyskens, Jeremy Scott, and the Olsens – felt during and after the show.

A few dresses which Kanye West showcased during his Spring/ Summer 2012 show revealed too much flesh and didn’t look sexy at all (But they were very Rihanna style…) probably because the fitting wasn’t right.

Despite the fact it was a spring/ summer collection there was too much fur and leather in it. There were leather trousers in patches of blue, red and black, blue jeans and glittering silver pants. Tops came loose, some knitted, others made of sheer fabric like organza. And there were jackets… shapeless and totally destroying a woman’s figure…

Shoes in Kanye West’s Spring/ Summer 2012 were horrendous – enormous-looking and totally unattractive. And the only accessory the girls were wearing were the necklaces with KanyeWest name on them.

This shift of fashion from purely feminine and masculine to something unisex is interesting in many aspects. For me it is the opportunity to explore the new world, show those sides of my personality which I liked to hide before. However, I can’t say I’m totally absorbed with the new move. I still prefer romantic womanly dresses and super-high heels. Just let’s see what it all turns into. Maybe, soon we’ll admire men rocking miniskirts.)))

Augustyniak and Amzalag are said to have approached Kanye “with the idea to remix the artistic elements into a range of silk scarves, pairing their baroque-style letters with [artist George] Condo’s images, such as a severed head wearing a crown and a naked sphinx straddling a likeness of West.”

The limited collection of Kanye West’s scarves will be available at the Parisian boutique Colette and MMParis.com starting this spring.

On having children: “I don’t know actually. That depends on a lot of other sh-t. [laughs] I have a lot of other stuff to accomplish before I get to kids. Whenever the time is right, I’ll just know. I don’t really plan on the age. It could be a year from now. It could be 10 years from now. Whenever is right. If I had a girl, she’d probably be really rebellious. She would be like a bundle of karma.”

On her new fashion sense: “I’m over the whole structured clothing, overly shoulder-padded shit. I like stuff that’s easy without trying too hard. I don’t like stuff that’s too contrived. I’m not into trends or trendy style anymore. [A year from now] I probably see a lot of menswear, or something extremely, extremely feminine. But I like to play with both.”

On her vulnerable side: “I think a lot of people have a misperception of me. They only see the tough, defensive, aggressive side. But every woman is vulnerable. They have vulnerability. So of course I’m going to have that side. It’s not a major part of who I am, but it’s definitely there. I just don’t like people to see me cry.”

Treacy’s representative said:

Lady Gaga has requested an internship. But Philip will have to check her sewing skills first.”

Although Treacy hasn’t given his answer yet we think this internship will be beneficial for him as well. Lady GaGa is the person whose outfits and accessories cause hot discussions and every designer wants this fame.

Lady GaGa actually followed in the footsteps of Kanye West who applied for internships to Louis Vuitton and few other fashion houses last year.

And she was the center of attention! No wonder why… It’s not her humble outfit that was so striking it was the contrast with her ordinary fashion choices that amazed everyone.

Despite being fully covered the model did look very sexy and far from shy. Her dress clung to every curve.

While Amber stole the limelight Kanye West who accompanied her to the event was dressed very much to the occasion – in a smart black velvet suit jacket, a white shirt and black boots.

The suit Kanye’s girlfriend was wearing was even more shocking after the outfit she had worn to the Kris Van Assche show earlier this week.

I wondered what they could be doing together? No one could say that for sure and guessed whether that was a collaboration over a new fashion line or not.

Us Weekly reported Kanye has been working as an intern at the GAP offices for some time already:

He works all the time, and one Friday night recently, he stayed until 12 a.m. He’s learning the fashion business from the inside and trying to do it quietly.”

And it was said that Gap confirmed the story:

Kanye’s been spending time working in Gap’s offices, working with Patrick Robinson, as he’s interested in gaining more firsthand experience of the fashion industry.”

Much was said but actually none is true as Kanye is NOT working with the GAP. A rep from the Gap said:

Each June, Glamour organizes the Glamour Women of the Year Awards which recognise women in the public eye.

There are a lot of popular British celebrities to come and honor the winners!

The UK Glamour Women Of The Year Awards 2009 were held June 2 2009 in Berkeley Square Gardens, London.

Guests included Alexa Chung, Rosie Huntington-Whitley, Pixie Geldof, Henry Holland, Jacquetta Wheeler, singer Adele, Ugly Betty’s Becki Newton, Gossip Girl’s Ed Westwick and others.

And of course, we expected many beautiful dresses and styles. But unfortunally, there were not a lot of stylish women present. They were named Glamour women but not all looked glam enough for the title.

Ok, let’s see what fashion was presented at the Glamour Women of the Year Awards 2009 redcarpet.

Katy Perry and Kylie Minogue received the major honours at the glitzy ceremony in London.

The I Kissed A Girl singer picked up the Newcomer of The Year prize.

Katy Perry was in a hot silk blue strapless mini dress with a big bow on the waist, multi-strap red high heel sandals and red clutch. As usual, she had great make up and haistyle.

She was one of the most beautiful women at the party.

Australian pop singer Kylie Minogue claimed two trophies - Entrepreneur of the Year and Woman of The Year.

She arrived in a short monochrome with attitude dress and leopard print cloak. She accessoried her view with gold box-clitch, gold heels and large oval pendant necklace.

American singer Estelle won the Editor’s Special Award, and Adele took the U.K. Solo Artist of The Year accolade. She put on an interesting style dress – black and white colors.

British television presenter Fearne Cotton arrived at the Glamour Women of the year awards held at the Berkeley Square in Central London in a red satin dress, with a huge ruffled skirt, in red pumps, with her blonde hair styled in a frizzy wave.

Mamma Mia! starlet Amanda Seyfried also attended the British Glamour‘s annual prizegiving. She was in a multi-coloured dress and a trendy pair of gladiator heels.

Ugly Betty actress Becki Newton took home the Comedy Actress award. She was hot in her mini dress!

Theatre Actress of the Year Joanna Page was classy in her navy V-neck outfit.

British pop group Girls Aloud also enjoyed a double win.

They were named Band of The Year, and singer Cheryl Cole has received the TV Personality of The Year award for her turn on the judging panel of British talent show The X Factor.

As for me, I think that style of Presenter of the Year Alexa Chung was boring. She was all in pastel colors. Nothing special.
