Beautiful doll-like models in chic clothing photographed on the white background – this is what Jil Sander Fall/ Winter 2010/ 2011 ad campaign looks like. Kasia Struss, Miranda Kerr and Aiden Andrews have been chosen to grace the campaign.

MIranda Kerr looks mysterious and charming at Jil Sander Fall 2010 advert. Her eyes are sky blue and skin is pale white and these play a great contrast with saturated purple color of the dress and blue-framed glasses.

Kasia Struss is a lady in a classy suit. Her hair is combed back and the look tells she is ready to sign an impotant deal.

On the contrary, Aiden Andrews seems to be playing a role of a romantic man who thinks about how to please his girlfriend.

All three are aimful young people, each with a certain approach to life. Using these different models Jil Sander wanted to show us she could create outfits for various people with various lifestyles.

Vogue US May 2010 – American Experience

The new Vogue May 2010 issue featured a number of gorgeous-looking models who were asked to show the development of American style in miniature. In collaboration with photographer David Sims the girls presented us the whole picture of fashion in retrospect.

We see the Gibson girl with her hair piled high, the flapper girl form the twenties, patiot girls dressed in military and camouflage prints, the screen siren in likes of Kim Besinger and lots of other pictures telling about how it was and how it looks with a modern twist.

Kasia Struss Graces Vogue January 2010 Issue

Jackets are the main theme of the new photo shoot for Vogue January 2010 edition with Kasia Struss. The Polish supermodel looks incredibly beautiful wearing couture-made garments.

The shoot entitled Jackets of all Trades features the girl in jackets of all styles and moods, from romantic to severe military ones.

Made by Alexander Wang, Jil Sanders, John Galliano, Burberry Prorsum – the jackets transform the look dramatically. At one picture we see a cute girl donning a flirty skirt and a clinging lacket adorned with brooches while the other shows us a business lady rocking a strong suit and high stilletos. So diverse and so nice!

And one more thing to mention here – a long plaited braid. This hair trend has been predicted by me and many other fashion journalists and now it is with us! Isn’t it lovely and feminine?
