I don’t believe little children can understand fashion but Suri Cruise is said to be her own stylist.
Both parents, Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes, say they don’t help their three-year-old daughter to make dress choices.
Tom said:
Just so you know, she dresses herself. She picks out everything on her own.”
Katie commented:
She has such cute style.”
Katie, who admires her kid’s fashion taste so much, spends $25,000 a month on the girl’s outfits explaining the huge sums by the desire to have the “most fashionable kid in Hollywood”.
Well, if you ask my opinion about it I’ll say it is a real waste of money, because the girl is growing and all these clothes will hardly be worn for long.

US Elle Magazine opened 16th Annual Women in Hollywood Tribute at the Four Seasons Hotel in Beverly Hills on Monday night, October 19, 2009.
Throughout the glam event, many attractive famous women were honored for their exploits and contributions to the entertainment sphere.
A lot of celebrity turned up on the red carpet: Robin Wright Penn, Julianne Moore, Alec Baldwin, Bonnie Timmerman, Renee Zellweger, Zoe Saldana, Roberta Myers, Emily Blunt, Julie Andrews, Katie Holmes and others.
Emily Blunt dressed in a nude strapless dress with bow detailing and completed her view with Louboutin heels and a neutral clutch and gold jewels.
Becki Newton, the Ugly Betty starlet, was sexy in a amazing white frock by Dolce&Gabbana.
Diane Kruger opted for a bold blue print minidress by Balenciaga and Manolo Blahnik heels.

This time AnOther Magazine chose gorgeous ladies, successful and beautiful, to celebrate art and fashion. The issue of AnOther Magazine comes in a limited edition of four fantastic covers with four iconic women: Kate Moss, Katie Holmes, Natalie Portman and Vanessa Paradis, each with her Other respective cover.
Kate Moss looks young and fabulous wearing Galliano. To tell you the truth I didn’t even recognize her at first sight.
Katie Holmes wearing Alaia shows her Evil Fairy Other side. Looks majestic!
The two beauties were photographed by Craig McDean, while the other two – by Hedi Slimane, the King of black-and-white pictures.

Katie Holmes has teamed up with her stylist Jeanne Yang to design a range including clothes for women and children. The collection was aptly named Holmes & Yang.
The line for children is said to be inspired by Katie’s daughter Suri Cruise and Jeanne’s girls – Zoey and Sydney.
The new clothing range will hit the shelves of Maxfield in Los Angeles this fall.
The idea of working together is not new for ladies. They have created a gorgeous dress for Katie. She wore it last year for Tropic of Thunder premier. And later on a striking satin jumpsuit for a Broadway debut was made.
Hope this fresh collaboration will be even more successful!

Lindsay Lohan also prefers Aviators. She went to the Byron and Tracy salon with her sister Ali Lohan on Wednesday (April 8) in Beverly Hills, Calif.
American actress Kate Walsh came to the lunch with her friend at Toast Bakery Cafe in Los Angeles on Tuesday (April 7) in gradient lens sunglasses.
Socialite Nicole Richie visited an office building on Sunset Blvd in Hollywood on Friday (April 10) in oversized eyeglasses.

The Hollywood actress and mom Katie Holmes, who has posed for Italian design house Miu Miu for Spring 2009 ads, said she is working on the outfits line for kids with her stylist Jeanne Yang and is inspired by her daughter Suri.
My friend Jeanne Yang and I have been working together for this collection. We started about a year ago, sketching different things, trying to find comfortable clothing for our daughters. The designs are pretty as well as cute,” 30-year-old actress said.
We both grew up with mothers who sewed, we just started, and we’ve played around with doing things for women as well.” she added.
A collection for older children will follow in autumn 2009.
Also, Mrs. Cruise teamed up with popular brand Armani. According to OK Magazine she has signed a deal to launch her own fashion line, Katie Holmes for Armani. It’s the first time a fashion house had a label affiliation with a non-professional designer.

Jeans are highly practical and comfortable but denim fashion trends has seen so many transformations that one will hardly imagine what can surprise a fashionista now in the style of jeans.
During the recent years jeans have been partly replaced by dresses, leggings and other designers’ stuff.
However, they are back with us and now they are very Mannish! It’s new denim jeans trends 2009!
Generally the idea currently being propagandized by celebs is not new as girls used to like visiting men clothes’ department to try on some new modern pieces.
For instance, girls from far ‘80s liked to “borrow” their boyfriend stylish denim. And now we see the revival of this style in a woman’s wardrobe.
I guess it happened because many girls are tired of those skinny clinging jeans that restrain movements much.

In the ad campaign for Spring/Summer 2209, which was photographed by Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott, Holmes portrays “a luminous icon radiating a sense of mystery and theatricality.”

There were a lot of hot glam events in January 2009. But most popular were Critics Choice awards, Screen Actors Guild Awards, Golden Globe Awards.

Screen Actors Guild Awards celebrity style
The 2009 15th Annual Screen Actors Guild Awards (SAG) kicked off at the Shrine Auditorium on Sunday evening (January 25 2009).
There were a lot of expensive gowns in vivid shades of red, blue, yellow, black and white and everything in between.
My particular favourite was Penelope Cruz. She looked stunning in a classic floor-length backless Azzaro gown, with black clutch.
Kate Winslet was wearing the colour of the season – electric blue.
The British actress was amazing in fab Narciso Rodriguez body-con gown. She made her look even greater with Chopard jewels.
Claire Danes chose the asymmetrical red dress by Nina Ricci that perfectly accented her flexible dancer’s body. She completed her look with Fred Leighton jewels and Jimmy Choo heels.
Evan Rachel Wood prefered to dress Monique Lhuillier Pre-Fall 2009 off-the-shoulder gown.
