Here are some of magazine covers I think you’d like to see. They feature beautiful and very different women.

Pale white Kirsten Dunst covers V magazine April 2010 issue. She looks elegant and mysterious with her eyes raised up. I like the white top with black lace frills she’s wearing.

Kristen Bell does Dirrty magazine and looks a bit kinky to me. Maybe it’s her t-shirt pulled down to reveal a black leather bra or her half-opened lips that created that effect.

Last night was very special for fashion designers. CFDA Awards is a Glam Event that is interesting for ordinary people and is hold-breathing for those who can get the award.
Ralph Lauren was admitted the most favorite American designer. He received the first-ever Popular Vote award winning the majority of the 15,000 online votes.

Mr. Lauren, whose fans are style stars Blake Lively and Angelina Jolie, accepted his award wearing a tuxedo jacket and jeans.
Rodarte sisters – Kate and Laura Mulleavy – got Womenwear Designer of the Year, that is absolutely deservedly!
Proenza Schouler’s Jack McCollough and Lazaro Hernandez were awarded with Accessory Designer of the Year.
Alexander Wang amazed everyone wearing shorts to the ceremony but this didn’t bother him and Subversive’s Justin Giunta to take home the Swarovski Awards for young designers.

Laura and Kate Mulleavy have confessed it was birds that first inspired them for doing fashion. The idea came after watching 1963 horror movie ‘The Birds’, which sees an American town besieged by the creatures with wings.
To be precise, it was a movie scene which involves the main character Melanie Daniels (starred by Tippi Hedren) being attacked by a flock of birds.
Kate comments:
Everyone in fashion loves Tippi wearing that green suit in ‘The Birds’, but we love the suit after she has been pecked.’
The girls wouldn’t have stepped into the fashion world if their parents hadn’t helped them. They assisted a lot in developing the unusual style and supported the daughters on every stage of their fashion career. The sisters say they could never have launched their label in 2005 without their family’s support.

Kate explained:
To our parents’ eternal credit, they didn’t bat an eyelid when we told them that we weren’t going to go straight out and get jobs after graduating.’

A lot of celebrities prefered to shok other people and that’s why they dress in strange outfits for all kinds of glam events.
Beautiful celebrity styles at Costume Institute Gala you can see here >>
And if you want to enjoy ugly styles of Madonna, Leighton Meester, Emma Roberts and others, stay with me and continue reading.
Of course one of the most scandalous styles of this glam event was Madonna’s style.

She came in a short blue ruffled dress by Louis Vuitton Fall 2009. Why did she dress it? Maybe because she is a face of this fashion house? So why then they didn’t give her another dress from their collections?
She looked like a bunny from back of beyond.
I think for glam parties pair of thigh-high zip-up black leather boots is not a good idea either.
Socialite and supermodel Heidi Klum was so not fashionable and not elegant at “The Model as Muse: Embodying Fashion” Costume Institute Gala in New York City on Monday evening (May 4).

She dressed a lengthy black and purple gown. I think the dress is out of style.
The colors and designs of these two dresses bring out the question of fashion taste of the owners.

The 39-year-old British actress Rachel Weisz was dressed by Vera Wang in a strapless, blush hand-painted tulle-draped gown in pink and lime colors. Dark make up was out of her view.

Mrs. Cruise is set to represent Miu Miu brand at the Spring/Summer 2009 campaign.

The 29-year-old actress will follow the tradition and become the new face of the brand. She will replace Johnny Depp’s partner Vanessa Paradis who currently works for the fashion company.
Among those who used to represent Miu Miu are Drew Barrymore, Kirsten Dunst and Lindsay Lohan.
An insider said:
Katie is soon going to start shooting the photographs for the spring 2009 campaign. She will be posing alongside real models, who will be positioned as ‘accessories’ in the campaign. It’s quite edgy and very different for Katie.”
Katie is said to be posing alongside real models, who will be positioned as ‘accessories’ in the campaign.
It’s not a secret that Katie is not new to the fashion industry but there are those who doubt that Holmes is the best choice for a high-fashion brand.

A few months ago she wore plenty of chic gowns to premieres and parties and things, inspiring rave reviews from the fashion set. But a bit later she was seen wandering the streets in saggy pegged jeans.
Then she suddenly decided she was suited to design her own clothes. And then once again we saw her in the jumpsuit… I wonder, is it really a good idea to invite her to be the face of the brand?

When you spend your entire life as a child actress, being told where to go and where to stand, you’re performing constantly for people.
