Gossip Girl star Leighton Meester looked stunning dressed in Louis Vuitton from head to toes.

Cindy Crawford and Liz Hurley both wore gowns with plunging necklines.

Jennifer Hudson looked amazing in a grey gown with golden details.

Model Karolina Kurkova turned heads with her blue asymmetrical dress and gladiator shoes.

Julianne Moore looked very elegant in a dark blue floor-length gown on the red carpet of the amfAR gala.

Jessica White was the only one in such a bright dress. The beauty opted for a scarlet dress to wear to the event. She teamed the dress with a golden turban.

Erin Heatherton kept it simple for the amfAR gala. She wore a monotone strapless gown on the red carpet.

A little white dress is a perfect item for warm seasons which explains why so many designers included interesting and fashionable white dresses into their Spring/ Summer 2012 collections. These dresses come in different shades of white, from snowy white to creamy white. And styles vary from simple and straight to girlie and cute, adorned with frills, sequins and finished with asymmetrical hemlines.

Badgley Mischka, Givenchy and Betsey Johnson decorated their little white dresses with peplums. Oscar de la Renta, Moschino and Roccobarocco played with lace and floral print. Louis Vuitton, Jason Wu and Marchesa used feathered elements to make their dresses more beautiful and unusual.

Vionnet and Bebe featured asymmetrical hemlines. Victoria Beckham, Andrew Gn and Jean Paul Gaultier opted for an open shoulder style. And Versace and John Richmond beautified their little white dresses with glittering studs.

Most of little white dresses presented by designers for Spring/ Summer 2012 fashion season come in mini lengths and will be ideal for young girls with slender legs. There are midi versions too, which are more demure but still very sexy.

Some of these little white dresses can make a statement on their own due to unique and eye-catching elements they feature. Others, simpler ones, need to be accessorized to become attention-grabbers. For example, Giambattista Valli dress with fur detail looks impressive without any bracelets, necklaces or bags. But Jason Wu frock with a peter-pan collar should be complemented with a black belt and a tiny clutch for an elegant look.

Of course, these are not all the white dresses from Spring/ Summer 2012 collection but they are the most amazing, in my opinion. Tell me which you like the most and which you think I should add to the list.

Vogue UK February 2012 is a very summery issue! It features model Arizona Muse posing in amazing bright dresses from designer Spring/ Summer 2012 collections. Her makeup is bright too but not as amazing. As for hair, it completes the looks ideally.

Photographed by Patrick Demarchelier Arizona Muse looks great on the pictures. She smiles and happily poses under warm sun rays. She wears Louis Vuitton, YSL, Preen, Chloe, Prada, Nina Ricci and other designers’ creations.

Arizona Muse also wears tons of accessories. Jewelry is funky, bold and colorful. It isn’t made of extremely expensive crystals or stones. Instead, plastic, wooden and metallic pieces were used.

A couple of bags come from Prada and Miu Miu Spring/ Summer 2012 collections. Bold unusual prints make the looks even more eye-catching.

She is only 17 but has already achieved a lot. However, this doesn’t seem to have affected her perceptions in any way. Dakota Fanning, who covers the UK edition of Elle (February 2012 one), just doesn’t let the outer world get into her inner one. She is confident enough to understand who she is and what she wants (something many people don’t understand even in their 40s) and she is open enough to let us know that.

Dakota Fanning, who also covers the February 2012 issue of Cosmopolitan, looks very feminine and cute posing for both the front page and the inside pictorial of Elle magazine. In the interview for Elle February 2012 Dakota Fanning speaks a lot about herself and sister Elle, acting and being famous as well as her attitude to physical appearances topic.

Dakota Fanning on being 17 years old: “I feel like I’ve lived a long time, but then I realize, ‘Oh, I’m actually only 17.’ I don’t think there should be an age limit on an interest, do you know what I mean?”

Dakota Fanning on her dislike of attention to everything outside of her acting: “I just want to be an actress. I don’t really do anything attention-grabbing. Famous just sounds so pretentious. Who am I to call myself that word?”

Dakota Fanning on all talks about her physical appearance: “People are always talking about this person who looks great and that person who doesn’t. It’s there, if you let it in. I let it in to an extent. I just don’t let it affect the choices I make.”

Marc Jacobs is a very talented man. His collections for Louis Vuitton are always different but always beautiful and interesting. The Fall/ Winter 2011/ 2012 range was aggressive and sexy, Spring/ Summer 2012 collection was much more delicate and cute.

If we speak about bags, they are very feminine and attractive in Louis Vuitton Spring/ Summer 2012 collection. Materials are soft and chic, colors are restrained and practical. There is nothing bright or eye-catching. But every bag is wonderful in its own way.

There are Louis Vuitton signature satchels in the Spring/ Summer 2012 collection, stylish schoolbags, chic quilted bags with chain handles (very Chanel, by the way) and clutches with sheer panels (sheer details are very trendy in Spring/ Summer 2012 season).

Victoria Beckham’s fashion empire is growing pretty fast and her profits are becoming more and more impressive. This year Posh has earned more than £60 million ($96 million) from her eponymous label. And with her new line Victoria by Victoria Beckham the number will be even higher the next year.

Tiffany & Co have joined Christian Louboutin‘s fight for trademark colors. While the shoe designer tries to win the right to be an exclusive producer of red soles the jewellery company demands that blue boxes are their own trademark and no one could copy those.

Louboutin’s lawyer told WWD:

We are enormously pleased that Tiffany has weighed in. Tiffany has not only agreed with our arguments, but it also put forth arguments that strengthened the case and made the point that the [earlier] decision should be reversed.”

However Tiffany’s lawyer is more careful about his comments:

Tiffany is not taking sides in this dispute. We are only trying to assure that this area of the law is not disturbed by an overbroad decision in the lower court.”

Louis Vuitton is planning to release their first fragrance. The company has already hired Jacques Cavallier-Belletrud, who is a third-generation perfumer from Grasse, France, to work on the perfume starting from January next year. It will not be the first Louis Vuitton fragrance in history but the brand hasn’t released any since the 1920s.

Miu Miu have invited an older model to pose in their Resort 2012 ad campaign – Guinevere van Seenus. The beauty has come to substitute teenage actress Hailee Steinfeld at the position. The ad looks very fresh and beautiful.

Christian Dior’s sales rose up 27 per cent within the period of the first nine months of 2011 compared to the same period of 2010. Experts explain the sudden boost by the great attention of the public to the label since John Galliano’s dismissal. They say “all press is good press”.

Leighton Meester does not often get onto lists of best-dressed celebrities but from time to time she chooses really stunning outfits. The white ruffle Dior dress she wore to the Christian Dior Spring/ Summer 2012 fashion show was amazing and looked perfect on the actress. She teamed it up with a pair of cute Louis Vuitton pumps and a Promenade bag.

Marc Jacobs said he didn’t want his Spring/ Summer 2012 collection to be ‘real’. But it doesn’t mean he created pieces that could not be worn in real life. Nearly everything, except for a couple of items – like a transparent skirt, was beautiful and could be easily added to fashionistas’ wardrobes.

There were no minis in Marc Jacobs’ Spring/ Summer 2012 collection. All dresses came of knee-length and in a variety of fabrics, from chic lace to hypnotic organza. Some were color-blocked and fringed which made them even more interesting in design.

Accessory line wasn’t very diverse. Shoes looked weird – with plastic sheer details on top. And combination of pairs which were more or less classic with socks looked horrifying. Headpieces ranged from stylish hats to kerchiefs. As for bags – only small ridicules and middle-sized items appeared on the runway.

Gwyneth Paltrow is a cover girl for Elle September 2011 issue. The looks trim and glam in the photo shoot wearing Christopher Kane, Tom Ford and Louis Vuitton creations. The issue features two covers and a photo set shot by Carter Smith. Paltrow looks great and talks marriage, career, and being herself. After a long time playing serious and melodramatic roles the actress has found that she doesn’t care what others will think of her if she showed her real more fun side.

On her performance with Cee Lo Green at the Grammys and Beyonce: “Beyoncé’s like, ‘Okay. The singing is great. But you’re not having any fun.’ She’s like, ‘Remember when we’re at Jay’s concert and Panjabi MC comes on and you do your crazy Indian dance? Do that. Be you!’”

On taking smaller and funner roles: “I can do short jobs. If I was still starring in three movies every year, there’s no way that I’d be the person my kids want when they fall down.”

“I’m sick of doing the crying-in-my-soup part. I want to laugh. I want to sing. The main thing is, I want to have fun.”

On Chelsea Lately: “Doing Chelsea Handler is like doing Howard Stern: You’ve gotta rise to the occasion. It’s good to shock people who think of me as the prim Gwyneth Paltrow.”

On being more herself: “If you speak to my friends who’ve known me since I was four, they’ll say, ‘That is her.’ They always said to me, ‘You’re the dirtiest person in the world and so funny. Show the world that side of you.’ I felt guarded. I felt like if I really showed people more of me and I was still not accepted, then…Who cares.
