Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen can do all they want!

They never run out of new ideas!

Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen, from Forbes’ richest celebrities list, presented their coffee table book named Influence, filled with photos and essays on the twins.

Editor Derek Blasbery writes in the forward that the making of the book followed a simple routine:

Mary-Kate and/or Ashley Olsen would pick me up and take me to a location where a scheduled interview would take place with a creative visionary.”

One version of the 272-page hardcover book released October 28 will feature Mary-Kate on the cover, with Ashley on the back, while the other version swaps their positions.

The book also includes interviews of the 20 profiles mainly covering fashion designers Karl Lagerfeld, Diane Von Furstenberg, John Galliano and Christian Louboutin, as well as model-actress Lauren Hutton.

-Mary-Kate went as a Japanese bondage girl to a NYC Halloween party last year. Ashley was a little vampire girl in a Victorian dress.

Mary Kate and Ashley Olsen are huge Lauren Hutton fans.

Lauren Hutton has signed a contract to become the face of Mary Kate and Ashley Olsen’s next campaign for their clothing line and could even make a runway comeback as part of the role.

The model-turned-actress, 65, has always been one of Olsen’s muses.

She’s just a wise woman and she’s a traveller and she’s obviously a style icon,” Mary Kate said, while Ashley adds: “She’s older and she’s beautiful, and that is sexy to us.”

Hutton is also the face of Mango’s autumn/winter 2008-2009 collection.

At 61 aging Hutton did a nude photoshoot for Big magazine.

As we’ve already mentioned before, leather is a big in thing this fall and winter. Leather boots, leather jackets and, of course, leather pants are ultimate must-haves for a fashionista.

Leather pants first showed up at catwalk shows of McQueen, Preen, Temperley and Givenchy and soon became the high street fashion must haves this fall and winter. They tie in nicely with this season’s goth and grunge trends.

Leather pants tendencies this season are tight-fitting skin on skin pants and leather treggings, which are a hybrid form of leggings and trousers.

Keep the silhouette long and lean, ” Pippa Holt, fashion features associate at Vogue says. “Wear them skinny with a tunic top cinched in at the waist by a thin belt. Or for a soft-goth look, pair them with Jaeger London’s black fringed cape. If you’re wearing them in the evening, take inspiration from Ricardo Tisci at Givenchy and add gold chain necklaces and a jacket,” she adds.

Leather trousers should always have a rock edge. The rock wardrobe is their heritage. So wearing them with heels in an Abigail’s Party way can look really Sloaney and uncool,” says stylist Emily Barnes.

So these are simple tips you can follow when wearing leather pants and treggings:

1. Unless you’re a biker, don’t do double leather (trousers and jacket).

2. Wear lather trousers in black. You don’t have to stick to black in all other outfit details, try yellowish-brown, grey, or navy in tops and shoes.

3. As for shoes, ankle boots look great with leather pants.

4. Keep a balance between hard and soft, boyish and girly.

5. In case you don’t want to emphasize your bottom or visually expanse it, don’t wear pocketless leggings.
Choose skinny pairs like Christopher Kane’s, which have carefully positioned back pockets to avoid this.

6. If you’re a Vegan try “pleather”, leather-effect jeans.

Snoop Dogg can now add his own fashion line.

Following hot on the heels of successful rap icons turned fashion designers like 50 cent, Nelly, Jay Z and Damon Dash, Eminem and Diddy, Snoop Dogg just launched his own fashion label, Rich & Infamous, which he will promote through his E! reality show Father Hood and hip hop music. He will even be producing his own fashion shows, which he will host, during his upcoming world tour.

Snoop is teaming with Robert Thorne, the CEO of the management firm Robert Thorne Co., who helped build Mary-Kate & Ashley Olsen’s billion-dollar business with clothing and licensed merchandise.

The Rich & Infamous streetwear line will made at men between 18 and 35 and was developed in combination with brand manager the Robert Thorne Co., licensing firm IMG World and design house Industry Concepts, the show business trade newspaper Variety reported Monday.

The Rich & Infamous brand is sculpted from Snoop Dogg’s trend-savvy classic vision,” Robert Thorne, CEO of the Robert Thorne Co. brand management firm told Variety…

For Snoop Dogg, the name represents “a fraternity of sorts — from presidents to gangsters — who’ve been able to endure the burden of gaining wealth at any cost. Garnering equal parts admiration and disdain, these men savor the fruits and relish the spotlight,” Thorne said.

Just after US Elle used Mary Kate Olsen for its July cover, British Elle recycled the twin for its September 2008 cover. Reminds us of the time hot Madonna does covers of both American and British Elle for May.

On what inspires her sense of style…

I love playing dress up. I get inspired by old films, weird things. It could just be the person sitting across from me or it could be a full Victorian costume”

What I find odd though is that a weekly [magazine] will come out describing my outfit as a fashion disaster, while the fashion industry actually respects what I wear.”

I love a tiny woman in Chanel. Coco herself was tiny, so you don’t need to be a giant to look good in these [designs]. I like the way Mary-Kate is mixing Chanel with other things. Life is not a fashion show, and I find a total designer look boring.’

Jessica Simpson does too her magazine cover for British Elle. Elle magazine availed of her cover-girl prowess for their September 2008 issue. As always, Jessica looks wonderful thanks to the help of at least 10 graphics artists.

Jessica Simpson said about the period immediately following her 2005 split from ex-husband Nick Lachey.
She said:

I was going through a lot of pain. I didn’t try anything to change my life other than dating different types of guys and conforming to their worlds. I thought I had to be artsier, more intellectual.
