Red Carter swimwear is always inspired by rock’n’roll culture, at least a bit.
The collection Summer 2010 is not an exclusion. “Rock ‘n’ roll space hooker circa 1984” was the theme for the designer’s collection full of innovative styles and new swimwear shapes.
I believe we should keep things interesting,” said the designer. “I believe now is a time when we need to take some risks and try to move fashion forward.”
The collection includes lots of ethnic inspired prints, 1980’s rock ‘n’ roll looks and pure solid styles.
Red Carter’s designs have interesting unusual shapes.
I want to take the body in new directions,” Carter said. “I felt it was really important to try to challenge the idea of what swimsuit is,” he explained.

There are so many beautiful swimwear designs which have already been created that I often wonder how designers can invent new and even more special models.
V DEL SOL have made lots of really great and modern designs: bikinis, monokinis, one-piece swimsuits and other beachwear pieces.
Smooth shining fabrics, vibrant colors and unusual cut-outs – are what made the collection look fantastic!

Aqua Di Lara label was new at Mercedes-Benz Miami Fashion Week Swim for Spring/Summer 2010 but this made people get even more interested in what it presented.
The collection created by Canada’s fashion-forward swimwear designer Reyhan Sofraci appeared to be edgy and sophisticated and was intended for wearing both in and out of the water.
The swimwear looked nice and seemed to combine aesthetic beauty, unique styles and comfort and quality.
Each swimsuit was made from chic European fabrics in Montréal, cut and sewn with precision and care. Thus every piece fit comfortably like a second skin.

Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week in Miami is being held these days. Lots of wonderful summer cruise collections have been unveiled.
Among those was Bohéme Boutique’s range.
First of all it is worth mentioning that it is the first time when a boutique presented its collection at the Miami Fashion Week.
The range was very diverse with about a hundred designs to showcase.
One and two-piece swimming costumes, cover-ups, light beach shirts and other swimming clothes and accessories were presented during the show.
Lots of designers and brands presented their collections as parts of the boutique line: Kenzo, Pinup, Delfina, Anna Kosturova, Sundek, Flora Bella and Moyna.
There were lots of pieces to one could choose from.

Girls it’s time to see new swimsuits for Summer 2010!
Miami Fashion Week hits runways Wednesday, July 15 2009 through Sunday, July 19 at the Raleigh Hotel as Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Swim. This is the fifth year of swimwear shows which takes place in the hot sunny city with its biggest swimwear lineup.
Five days in the row the runways present the sexiest models and designs.

The Hills Heidi Montag is adding swimwear designer to her resume. She announced she’s working on a sexy bikini line with designer Ashley Paige.
Earlier the reality show starlet teamed with affordable chain Anchor Blue for a hot line called Heidiwood, which has since stopped production.
I love bathing suits,” Heidi says. “I feel like I wear them more than anyone so it makes sense for me. I did a fashion show for Ashley Paige a year ago in Miami and I’ve been such a big fan of hers.”
