Victoria’s Secret couldn’t complete the year without teasing its fans with new lingerie photoshoots and a few really nice items from the upcoming collections. A number of photographs have already been released with Miranda Kerr, Adriana Lima, Lindsay Ellingson and Doutzen Kroes modeling the sexy pieces.

All the Angels look fantastic posing in erotic lingerie ensembles. The sets come in a great variety of colors and prints, trimmed with lace and adorned with embroidery. Pieces showcased include: bras and panties in plenty of styles, garter belts, camisoles, negligees, corsets, bustiers, etc.

Victoria’s Secret Angels aren’t often featured outside the company photoshoots and promotions. But Miranda Kerr must be a good exception as she is always busy. In addition to her VS duties she does fashion calendars, lookbooks and poses for magazine editorials. But her latest venture is nothing like that. She stars in Bally Spring 2012 ad campaign alongside Julia Stegner, Cedric Bihr and Robert Konjic.

The Australian model, Miranda Kerr (Know all about Miranda Kerr) looks stunning in classy and elegant outfits from Bally Spring/ Summer 2012 collection. She poses in demure and exquisite cocktail dresses, straight-silhouette coats, and beautiful summer suits. She also carries classic bags which could be very versatile and thus great long-time additions to any fashionista’s wardrobe.

Bally Spring 2012 ad campaign which was photographed by Norman Jean features fantastic sceneries of capped mountains as well as dogs and goats, with latter depicted on the company emblem.

Michael Herz, Bally’s co-creative director said of the brand’s Spring 2012 campaign:

This season, we wanted to move outside the studio and embrace the roots of the brand. That’s important to the Bally customer and important to us. We’d already introduced the goat as an emblem for the brand, and having them there felt right. We wanted the images to feel charming and make you smile.”

Stars hate it to wear the same dresses which other stars have already worn. But sometimes it happens because it is simply impossible to follow every celebrity’s fashion choices at a variety of different events. Miranda Kerr might have missed Liz Hurley’s photographs from the KIDS 40th Anniversary gala celebration held in London on March 10, 2011 for the model donned the same leopard mini dress to the 2011 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show viewing party a couple of days ago. Miranda Kerr looked fabulous in her optical illusion Peter Pilotto dress which she teamed with unusual Nicholas Kirkwood shoes.

The Green Lantern star Blake Lively opted for a full Chanel outfit. She looked very stylish but it was really unusual to see her in something which doesn’t expose her even a bit.

Young actress Chloe Moretz also arrived to The Museum of Modern Art’s 2011 Film Benefit in a Chanel creation. She wore a lovely beaded dress, lacy leggings and black pumps.

Crazy Stupid Love actress Emma Stone looked amazing in a floor-length floral-printed dress.

Ashley and Marie-Kate Olsen’s younger sister Elizabeth attended The Museum of Modern Art’s 2011 Film Benefit in an asymmetrical black-and-red dress.

Olivia Wilde was also in attendance. She chose a lovely dress which showed off her cleavage for the occasion.

Miranda Kerr (See Miranda Kerr’s Model Profile) was the star of the 2011 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show as it was her turn to wear the most expensive bra of the year – the Fantasy Bra (Know all details about Fantasy Bra). The delicate blue bra encrusted with diamonds was paired with a tiny thong decorated with a bow. Giuseppe Zanotti shoes and an incredible shell-shaped structure adorned with pearls and beads behind Miranda’s back finished the look.

Other models at the 2011 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show also wore impressive lingerie pieces, Angel wings and other interesting accessories. Chanel Iman demonstrated a pink tutu and neon wings. Adriana Lima (Check out Adriana Lima’s Bio) rocked huge raven-colored wings and very beautiful and sexy violet lingerie set trimmed with lace. Candice Swanepoel (All about Candice Swanepoel) looked like a princess going to the altar with her pure white skirt, lacy blouse and golden wings.

Besides the Victoria’s Secret Angels there were 15 newcomers, girls specially invited for the show. And this time the list didn’t include Karolina Kurkova, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, or Isabeli Fontana. Instead we saw gorgeous Karlie Kloss, Joan Smalls, Karmen Pedaru, Sui He, and Cameron Russell strutting the catwalk.

Miranda Kerr, who is more than glamorous even at the airport, has gone natural for the new Rag & Bone campaign. Photographed by her beloved husband Orlando Bloom the Aussie model felt very free to pose the way she liked best. She didn’t pretend to be having fun, she simply had it. Her smile at the pictures clearly shows she was happy to spend some more time with Orlando and do her job at the same time.

This new way of shooting campaigns is very convenient for Rag & Bone – they don’t have to hire professional photographers or organize photoshoots… They just give clothing and cameras to models and ask them to play around, to do what they want and photograph themselves. The result you see – pics are lovely and pleasant to look at. It seems that sometimes it is good to have something natural, something fresh. Flawless faces look amazing but we get tired of everything.

With the 2011 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show just around the corner Victoria’s Secret has been releasing more and more images from their Fall 2011 lingerie collection. Teasing us with the pictures of Angels posing in their common underwear pieces they make our anticipation growing to see the grand show with items much more amazing!

Speaking about the new strategy Elle editor Robbie Myers said:

Photographed by Alexei Hay the models look beautiful and stylish. It’s even difficult to say whose cover is lovelier. I definitely like Chanel Iman’s image. She’s so fresh and youthful, and her smile is the most charming.

Miranda Kerr (Check out Miranda Kerr’s profile), who is reported to be the next VS Fantasy Bra wearer, is the girl with the greater number of accessories. Her photo in a colorful swimsuit, and orange cap and shoes is really stylish.

The sexiest Elle pictures are with Adriana Lima (Adriana Lima’s photo gallery). This girl simply oozes sex appeal. Dressed in Chanel on the cover and Dolce & Gabbana inside the editorial the Angel looks fantastic.

David Jones Spring/Summer 2011 catalog full of bright summery womenswear is featuring Miranda Kerr in all her glamor modeling dresses, skirts, tops, jackets, lingerie and swimwear. All the latest summer trends are here – white, full skirts, bight and bold hues, crochet knit, prints, and maxi length. Safari chic, capri pants and a trench coat are there to make you look fresh and effortless while super bright dresses are both romantic and chic. David Jones Spring/Summer 2011 campaign was shot in Palm Springs with  Miranda Kerr and Samantha Harris.

The catalog itself features many great clothing items. A chic cream pant suit with high-waist pants that also feature pleats and jacket with shoulder pads and sharp lapels is a summer chic in itself. Combined with the same color blouse the outfit looks super fresh and luxurious. Kerr has also showed off a crochet knit white dress that looks amazing reinterpreting the hippie style.

Lots of prints are featured in the cocktail dresses and skirts while there are also bright maxi and midi dresses in bright solid hues. The nautical notes are also there as David Jones presents halter style swimsuit in stripes and floral print and a long-sleeved striped tunic.

Australian brand also had Miranda Kerr walk runway for their recent show where all David Jones designers demonstrated their summery collections. The show has featured even more bright-colored pieces, animal-printed accessories and swimwear and white trendy styles. Kerr looks fantastic in that one-piece cutout two-toned swimsuit with canary yellow belt.

Let’s just remember Gisele Bundchen in Devil Wears Prada, Rosie in Tranformers, Sasha Pivovarova played a role in upcoming movie In Time (To be released on Oct.28) and Daria Strokous made an appearance in upcoming thriller Contagion (Out on September 9). Besides, Miranda Kerr is rumored to be cast for a movie by Harvey Weinstein and Crystal Renn also wanted to add acting experience to her resume (She’s model and a writer.) Lara Stone is the latest of models who expressed intentions to become an actress, too. Lara says singing isn’t for her but acting might be interesting.

In an interview for Vogue UK she revealed:

I would love to be in Zoolander 2. I’d be so good at that ‘Blue Steel’ pose. I think I’d enjoy doing that, it’d be funny. I’d like to try acting if the right part came along, but I’m not actively looking — I’m pretty busy at the moment. I definitely could never go into singing at all ever though, unless it was for a huge joke. I don’t even sing in the shower. Actually the other day I was in the shower and I didn’t realise my husband was in, and I sang away to myself. I got out and he gave me the most disdainful look.”

So, who’s next? I think Coco Rocha will be a really good actress. She can express different emotions wonderfully and every shoot she does is like a little performance. I do hope she’s considering to try acting. Freja Beha Erichson can be an interesting movie personality. And I would love to see Lily Donaldson in a film.
