Vogue UK February 2012 is a very summery issue! It features model Arizona Muse posing in amazing bright dresses from designer Spring/ Summer 2012 collections. Her makeup is bright too but not as amazing. As for hair, it completes the looks ideally.

Photographed by Patrick Demarchelier Arizona Muse looks great on the pictures. She smiles and happily poses under warm sun rays. She wears Louis Vuitton, YSL, Preen, Chloe, Prada, Nina Ricci and other designers’ creations.

Arizona Muse also wears tons of accessories. Jewelry is funky, bold and colorful. It isn’t made of extremely expensive crystals or stones. Instead, plastic, wooden and metallic pieces were used.

A couple of bags come from Prada and Miu Miu Spring/ Summer 2012 collections. Bold unusual prints make the looks even more eye-catching.

Victoria Beckham’s fashion empire is growing pretty fast and her profits are becoming more and more impressive. This year Posh has earned more than £60 million ($96 million) from her eponymous label. And with her new line Victoria by Victoria Beckham the number will be even higher the next year.

Tiffany & Co have joined Christian Louboutin‘s fight for trademark colors. While the shoe designer tries to win the right to be an exclusive producer of red soles the jewellery company demands that blue boxes are their own trademark and no one could copy those.

Louboutin’s lawyer told WWD:

We are enormously pleased that Tiffany has weighed in. Tiffany has not only agreed with our arguments, but it also put forth arguments that strengthened the case and made the point that the [earlier] decision should be reversed.”

However Tiffany’s lawyer is more careful about his comments:

Tiffany is not taking sides in this dispute. We are only trying to assure that this area of the law is not disturbed by an overbroad decision in the lower court.”

Louis Vuitton is planning to release their first fragrance. The company has already hired Jacques Cavallier-Belletrud, who is a third-generation perfumer from Grasse, France, to work on the perfume starting from January next year. It will not be the first Louis Vuitton fragrance in history but the brand hasn’t released any since the 1920s.

Miu Miu have invited an older model to pose in their Resort 2012 ad campaign – Guinevere van Seenus. The beauty has come to substitute teenage actress Hailee Steinfeld at the position. The ad looks very fresh and beautiful.

Christian Dior’s sales rose up 27 per cent within the period of the first nine months of 2011 compared to the same period of 2010. Experts explain the sudden boost by the great attention of the public to the label since John Galliano’s dismissal. They say “all press is good press”.

Fall/ Winter 2011/ 2012 Fashion Trend #1: Androgyny. The whole world seems to be changing. Men become more like women and women strive to look and act like men. Fall/ Winter 2011/ 2012 Fashion Trend #4: Texture Overload. Everything is mixed in Fall/ Winter 2011/ 2012 collections. Pleats, frills, cute rosettes and lovely embroidery help us look romantic. And we sometimes want to look romantic, don’t we? Fall/ Winter 2011/ 2012 Fashion Trend #9: Zoological. Besides zoological prints, like leopard and python, to which we have already got accustomed due to the fact every single season designers use these in their creations, in Fall/ Winter 2011/ 2012 ranges we see lots of feathers, wild animals printed on fabric (Givenchy, Marc by Marc Jacobs, Topshop and Ungaro), hats in shape of lions and panthers at Anna Sui, etc. Fashion goes really wild.

Fall/ Winter 2011/ 2012 Fashion Trend #10 Chunky Knit Sweater. .Fall and winter are cold seasons, so there is no wonder why designers have included warm chunky sweaters into their collections. Fall/ Winter 2011/ 2012 Fashion Trend #14: Coats. Fall and winter are all about outerwear. Coats designers have offered us this season are all very diverse. Opt for a military coat from Versace, youthful and sexy cropped trench from Burberry, or luxury coat from Michael Kors or Gucci. Oscar de la Renta suggests cropped hooded coats trimmed with fur. Hermes insists we should try wider poncho style coats. As you see the variety is almost unlimited. Just go for any piece you like!

Fall/ Winter 2011/ 2012 Fashion Trend #15: Wide cropped trousers. This is the shape of trousers many women try to avoid thinking those will look really unflattering. However, if styled well such trousers can look fantastic.

Fall/ Winter 2011/ 2012 Fashion Trend #16: Sheer. Sheer trend isn’t the wisest for fall and winter but it is still popular. Best sheer dresses, skirts and blouses are in Christian Dior, Gucci, Alexander Wang, Mugler, Blumarine and Michael Kors collections.

Photographed by Bruce Weber Miu Miu Fall 2011 ad campaign looks very pretty. Colors are subdued and the background hints that to wear designer clothes you don’t have to live in a mansion. However, Miu Miu isn’t a cheap brand and you will have to pay good money for a piece. This also raises a question on why Miuccia Prada decided to use Hailee Steinfeld in her campaigns if teenagers (and that’s the audience of Hailee’s) can’t afford Miu Miu designs.

Rising Hollywood star Hailee Steinfeld has already won our hearts as an actress, and is now trying to prove she can also be a model. It is reported that she has become the face of Miu Miu and is going to appear in the brand’s Fall/ Winter 2011/ 2012 ad campaign. By doing so the 14-year-old girl will follow in the footsteps of such influential celebrities as Vanessa Paradis, Evan Rachel Wood, Selma Blair and Katie Holmes who have represented Miu Miu during the recent years.
