Now with the publication of spring adverts it seems my head goes wild again. Isabelli Fontana looks gorgeous wearing a perfect black strapless dress with a colorful jacket. The jewelry and a tiny clutch with a chain need no description, just look at them and you’ll understand me!

But lets see gorgeous shoes trends for spring/summer 2010 from Milan fashion week runway: heels, widgets, platforms and sandals, flats and extravagant shoes!

Donatella Versace presented Spring/Summer 2010 shoes collection inspired by Tim Burton’s Alice in Wonderland movie. Lots of high platforms, bright and craza patterns, geometrical ornaments, the palette is bold black and white mixed with pastels.

The shoes are colorful, amazing, with an architectonic design and view, highly stylish. They were adorned with buckles, studs and cut-outs.

Dolce & Gabbana mixed pumps and socks.

D&G wants cowboy boots with fringe for spring weather.

Extravagant shoes collection launches Emanuel Ungaro.

Fendi designed footwear collection in neutral colors and materials.

Gucci opted the style of futurustic leather motives.

Sandals with fringe were demonstrated on Etro show.

Jil Sander made the mix of wood platform and iron heels.

Amber Le Bon, daughter of Duran Duran frontman Simon Le Bon and wife, model Yasmin, has become the new face of lingerie and swimwear brand Myla.

The amazing 19-years-old-model made her Milan runway debut earlier this month for Moschino Cheap & Chic and she is the face of River Island’s Spring/Summer 2009 campaign.

Moschino creative director Rossella Jardini said:

Amber is a fresh, sunny and professional girl.”

The Myla’s vintage-inspired collection of swimwear is very bright. Bold colors and soft materials made the swimsuits very interesting and most-wanted.

Amber, 5ft 10in, is currently signed to Models1, who also look after famous names in the fashion industry like Agyness Deyn and Twiggy.

When we talk about men accessories it is quite clear that they should just complement the whole image adding sophistication, chic and elegance.

For example, a belt of high quality can be enough to create a good look. But the watch richly encrusted with diamonds will hardly be in place.

So, the trendiest accessories for men for these spring and summer are the following:

Belts

The belt is going to be a hot trend for the warm season.

And it will be worn not just the way we are used to see it but over the trenches, cardigans or any other clothing item. It can match the color of the garments or go in contrast with it.

Hats

Panamas will become 100% popular as well as wide-brimmed hats in Latino style. They will serve both as a practical headpiece and a part of your image.

Sunglasses are a must in spring and summer. No matter which style of sunglasses you prefer you’ll look stylish and hot when wearing them.

The most popular design for this season is a la Jack Nicholson’s sunglasses with grey matted lenses as well as horn-rimmed and multicolored-rimmed sunglasses.

Designers made their efforts to create collections which are new in style and rich in hues to help us distract from negative thoughts and feelings and look forward to positive things.

The most popular tints for the season that has already started are the following:

Blue in its terrific variations is extremely popular this winter. Electric blue, ultramarine blue, rich midnight blue, light blue, navy and darker shades are all used in men clothes.

Look for them in Marc Jacobs, Louis Vuitton, Missoni, Neil Barrett, Prada and Valentino collections.

Purple has emerged in women’s collections last season but this year it was as well taken to the men’s lines.

However, forget about those loud, bright colors that were in vogue during summer and fall and prefer rich tones of burgundy, eggplant, Persian indigo and deep plums that give an outfit a new deluxe.

Etro, Dries Van Noten, Rykiel Homme, Versace, Moschino have created pieces in this hues.

Black – classy, luxurious and elegant. Do you need more explanations?

Flesh tints used in Dries Van Noten, Fendi, Véronique Branquinho, Lanvin, Giorgio Armani’s lines are getting very popular as they look great with black, or as a complement to the splash of bold, loud color in your wardrobe.

Grey may serve as a great substitute to black. It’s chic and perfect. Various shades of gray, from cool steel tones to deeper charcoals were presented widely almost everywhere – Dolce & Gabbana, Costume National, Bruno Pieters, Lanvin, Véronique Branquinho and others.

Ladies’ collection looked like a kaleidoscope of plaids and tartans.

But to our great surprise traditional Scottish patterns have appeared in collections for men either and these were not the kilts! ( D&G, Costume National, Number (N)ine, Dries Van Noten, Paul Smith.)

That is all about designers’ colour preferences concerning men’s fashion. Be always stylish and handsome!

The row is a new hip line of spandex yoga outfits.

It is a derisive catchphrase, as the performance of yoga is actually based on little or no movement.

In the 1990s the stiletto became a symbol for spicy chic. More recently, antebellum platforms and wedges thought to have been relegated to the back of grandmather’s recess became super hot again, especially with teens. The heels have become more higher with each season, and the inches are evidently taking their toll.

Catwalks models at this week’s preview shows in Milan stumbled, slipped and in the case of one model wearing ankle-strapped high-heels at Prada — toppled over.

I was having a panic attack, my hands were shaking. The heels were so high,” one of the models said. “Some of the girls were crying backstage they were so scared.”

Prada

Prada’s spring/summer collection 2009, shown at Milan Fashion Week, was thus a high-tech take on “cave-woman couture”, expressed in snake-print sheath-dresses, fish-prints and burnished gold brassieres with matching pencil skirts and jackets. The real culprit were the super high platform shoes.

It was all about the shoes, and not in a nice way. The mile-high platform shoes strapped on over what appeared to be Prada’s take on Peds might have been impressive, had half of the girls not had major trouble walking and thus shown totally petrified.

According to the Daily Mail, the problem was slippery socks, which caused Prada’s runway models to lose grip.

I wrote about Gucci collection in “Blue fantasy Spring-Summer 2009 by Gucci”. It was all in the accessories, where Gucci really thrives, with triple-strap platform sandals, ethnic jewellery, and swag backpacks.

Pucci

The Pucci silk prints were gripping, tending for daytime to be in one-colour or featuring abstract palm leaf prints.

For evening, Pucci made prints out of a innumerable of stitched-together crystal beads on a gold background.

Gold also made up the high-heel of Pucci’s summer shoes. But seemingly extra height makes the footwear as perfidious as it is gorgeous.

Dolce & Gabbana

Stefano Gabbana and Domenico Dolce duo accessorized their sumptuous silk dresses with sparkling and soaring platform sandals.

The super-high platforms were also used for their dreamy ball gowns in tulle and embellished roses. Dolce vindicated the towering look, saying that every girl has the right to dream.

Fendi

The Fendi runway show featured models wearing wild pinned-up hairstyles and futuristic lace outfits girthed at the waist by a wide sash.

The look may have been unusual, but the universal effect was still the elegant and easygoing look preferred by Italian designers for the summer 2009.

The shoes at Fendi were strangely windless, though, particularly for the house that made metal ankle straps a fashion fetish.

The high heels were never high, and favored was an open-toed saddle shoe fitted with a convenient wedge.

The design of a cotton peach blossom with a canvas silk leaf adorned on the sides dates

back to the Fifties and salvaged from an old florist in Milan, the quirky design is one of several Repetto products customized by designers to celebrate the French shoe company’s birthday, and raise money to support educational projects that involve dance,”  Vogue reported.

According to the source, actresses Catherine Deneuve and Charlotte Gainsbourg, designer Jean Paul Gaultier are also taking part in the project. The items they customize will be exhibited in major cities across the world before being auctioned in October.
