Nicole Miller’s Pre-Fall 2010 collection is very feminine and cute. It includes beautiful party dresses, simple but pretty tops with interesting patterns, short skirts, fringed pieces, etc.

The foorwear seems to be more casual and features classic patent-letaher ankle boots with open toes and fringed booties.

I like the feel of youth and modernity in the line. Can’t wait to see the whole range!

The garments presented are new and exceptionally modern. They are classy and comfortable, chic and sophisticated. But what surprised me was the overall color – black. Just a few pieces were made in bright red and electric hues.

Some experts say it can have some relation to the financial crisis and its negative consequences on economies all over the world or Nicole Miller’s personal close-to-death experience all the glossies have written recently.

Though the mood of the whole line was mostly dark there were a few items of an interesting design when spider inspired prints in white were combined with a few splashes of matted colors. That looks certainly interesting and very wearable.

Nicole Miller’s pre-fall 2009 collection speak volumes about good taste of this designer. Simple but elegant models impressed everyone who saw them.

Plenty of jersey dresses and tunics, blouses and skirts as well as pants cut up to the ankles made the show look luxurious.

Bright printed sweaters diversified the dark-tone collection. And ornamented belts added sophistication to it.

Many attires were paired with black opaque tights and black hats, that proves this classic color will always be in vogue. Massive jewelry, the hottest trend of this season, made the finishing touches to the perfect garments.
