These parties are held in different places but all of them seem to be organized to share the anticipation before the grandiose ceremony and celebrate the fact of nomination for Oscars, the most important film award. Well, I’m not going to give you any details about where this or that pre-Oscar party took place and who attended it. All I want is to show you the outfits our stars wore there.

My top pick is Jessica Alba who has dissappointed us with her fashion choices recently. This time she looked fabulous. I liked her cream dress with a cute black bow on her waist. She matched her frock with a pair of black sandals and a silver clutch.

Anna Lynne looked super feminine in a floor-sweeping black-and-white gown. Her blue clutch was a miss but when you see the dress you hadrly see that little wrong detail.

Sofia Vergara wore a simple deep purple dress that looked elegant and classy on her. She opted for sophisticated jewelry instead.

Jennifer Lopez arrived at the party with her hunky husband. Both looked very happy together. Jennifer sported a gorgeous assymetrical gold frock with black heels.

There is one more girl who can be good at many things – Nicole Scherzinger. She is the newly-single Pussycat Dolls star and has also been signed up to a celebrity modelling agency, Wilhelmina International.

The 31-year-old beauty is reported to have signed a contract with the company and is to work with a host of other famous beauties, including Kate Bosworth, Penelope Cruz and actor Kellun Lutz.
The songstress was so happy about her new deal that she celebrated it at a star-studded party in Hollywood.
Over the years such cleebrities as Fergie, Beyonce, Katherine Heigl, Leighton Meester, Ashlee Simpson-Wentz, Ciara and Brandy have all posed for photographs under the agency.
This deal is quite a new step for Nicole because she has recently revealed she felt “ugly” until she joined the girl group.
She said:
Growing up, I was incredibly shy. And awkward. And lanky! I always thought I was an ugly duckling. I guess it worked out OK in the end. Ultimately though, true beauty shines from within. I know joining the group helped me to find out who I am – and I love the message that any woman can be strong, confident and sexy.”
