The socialite is being sued by a shoe company named Gwyneth Shoes for stealing their design – a heart-shaped pad on the insole – and using it in her own fashion line. The company claims the heart cushion idea was patented in 2007, and already a few months later Paris launched her own brand of shoes in February 2008.

Paris is in real trouble as Gwyneth Shoes filed the lawsuit documents last week in the United States District Court for the Western District of Washington. The company requires to hand over every pair of the shoes they found suspiciouly similar to their own ones.

When Paris was presenting her shoe collection back in February 2008 she felt very happy and called her line chic, high quality and affordable.

She said:

Paris Hilton Footwear is perfect for the fashion-forward young woman who wants to look and feel great from head-to-toe, without spending a fortune.”

I wonder what she will say this time.

Hotel heiress tweeted later that outrageous stage outfits GaGa wore were ‘amazing’. She added she would love to have as adventurous wardrobe herself.

She wrote:

Dancing to Lady Gaga. Her outfits are so amazing! She is such a style icon! No one can pull it off like she can!”

Paris liked the show and the singing so much that throughout the concert she posted photographs of the eccentric performer and praised her on both her appearance and vocals.

She tweeted:

Lady Gaga looks so Hot! Love her!”

Lady GaGa is an incredible woman. I like her extravagant outfits and fully agree with Paris that she looks hot. By the way, Vogue.com put her on the list of the best dressed women of 2009 together with models like Kate Moss and Lily Donaldson, first ladies Michelle Obama and Carla Bruni-Sarkozy and a few other singers and actresses.

Paris comments:

A lot of charities request them [clothes], so I’ll send a lot of dresses for auctions. I also give a lot to projects that work in the downtown area of Los Angeles, like the Salvation Army, and my teenage cousins raid my wardrobe. I keep a lot of the special pieces in storage for my daughters one day; they’ll have some incredible things to choose from.”

The idea is intersting of course. The question is: would her daughters like to wear those items if they could buy new ones?

Yes, she gained weight, but it was only for the better. Now she looks super sexy. This photo, taken at the launch of her jewelry line yesterday, shows how much she changed. Motherhood certainly seems to suit her.

At the presentation of her House Of Harlow 1960 jewellery collection Nicole wore a figure-hugging white dress that contrasted well with her new brunette hairdo. A few pretty bracelets and a pair of silver Louboutins completed the look perfectly.

The presentation was held at the Bloomingdale’s South Coast Plaza in Costa Mesa, California.

As usual I’ve compiled a list of best dressed celebrity attendees that includes 10 persons. And the first to mention here will be Vanessa Hudgens, the 20-year-old Bandslam star.

She looked stunning in an orange Max Azria dress and matching Jimmy Choo shoes.

She accessorized her look with lots of tiny bracelets, two long chains with beautiful pendants and a box-like clutch. She is number one on my list!

The next girl to be described here is Miley Cyrus who wore a Moschino Cheap and Chic nude silk halter dress paired with Robert Lee Morris for Elizabeth and James jewels and high-stiletto shoes. Her dress looked modest but super classy. Good choice, Miley!

The 16-year-old Hanna Montana star is followed by Ashley Tisdale. The actress opted for a mini purple leather Elise Overland dress and absolutely perfect wedge strappy shoes.

A ring that attracted everybody’s attention was designed by Loree Rodkin. She also wore a Balenciaga belt and a clutch by the same brand. She looked gorgeous!

Leighton Meester showed her nice shape with an Emilio De La Morena cut-out dress. Purple suede booties and Cathy Waterman jewels added sophistication to the look.

The fifth on my list is Megan Fox with her mini black and gold strapless brocade dress by Dolce&Gabbana. Her black strappy shoes and a clutch complemented the look. Simple but glamorous!

Audrina Patridge’s dress was covered with sequins all over and it definitely looked good! I liked her choice of the dress but to my mind the shoes and the clutch were a bit out of place.

That is why she is just number six.

The MTV reality starlet Stephanie Pratt wore a little black ruffled dress with a grey-toned belt and black suede shoes. She looked perfect!

The 23-year-old actress, Lauren Conrad, looked fantastic in a Moschino red and navy floral print sleeveless dress with a ruffled skirt and Chrisitian Loubotin sandals. She wore no jewelry probably making people focus on her dress. Why not? An interesting idea.

Sienna Miller donned a backless green Swarovski mini dress from her own collection, the Twenty8Twelve. It looked pretty, with no abundant details. Very simple but still beautiful!

And the last to mention is Paris Hilton, a girl that is everywhere, showing herself. Her fashion option for this evening was a peach-colored mini dress with a tender floral detail. The clutch and the shoes were sparkling silver. The combination was wonderful!

Paris Hilton found a similarity in character when she was into Boomtown brat Peaches Geldof.

In fact, Peaches Geldof and the hotel heirhead got on so good that Paris asked Peaches to model her hair jewelry collection in Britain.

Paris told:

Peaches is such a sweetie. I can’t wait to bring my bling to London where she’ll be just perfect to model it with me.”

But Peaches denied this.

Paris Hilton, Hayden Panettiere, Audrina Patridge, Tila Tequila and now Rachel Bilson have suffered the burglary.

Items stolen include lots of pairs of rare vintage shoes, designer jewelry, a flat-screen television and hundreds of costly Chanel outfits.

A friend of hers said:

“She’s shaken. She feels completely violated. Fashion is her passion. She’s devastated.”

They stole all her designer labels – shoes, clothes, bags. She collected a lot of vintage shoes and they took them all.”

She’s also lost all her jewelry, including some pieces handed down to her by her grandmother.”
Rachel’s representative Marcel Pariseau said that more than $300,000 worth of items had been taken.

Marcel added:

“We don’t know what the total value will be yet. She keeps finding more stuff that’s missing.”

The person who discovered the break-in was Rachel’s mother. No clear signs of forced entry were found and the police are currently investigating the crime.
