Model Elle Macpherson looked gorgeous in a gown which featured a mermaid skirt.

Emma Stone who won big at the 2012 Critics’ Choice Awards hit the red carpet of the 2012 Golden Globes wearing a custom-made purple gown by Lanvin finished with an eagle belt.

Mila Kunis, who has been announced as the new face of Dior, opted for a brand’s black dress from the Spring/ Summer 2012 collection. She completed her look with Jimmy Choo shoes.

Natalie Portman was another Lanvin wearer. Her option was a bright pink strapless gown.

Kate Winslet looked totally elegant in a black-and-white Jenny Packham dress.

Just like Paula Patton Sarah Michelle Gellar opted for a chic ballgown from Monique Lhuillier Spring/ Summer 2012 collection to wear at the 2012 Golden Globe Awards.

Petite Nicole Richie looked fabulous in a glitzy Julien Macdonald dress.

Nicole Kidman attended the 2012 Golden Globe Awards together with her husband, singer Keith Urban. The couple looked lovely. The 44-year-old actress glammed up the red carpet in a suptuous Versace dress.

Monique Lhuillier dresses were very popular with stars on the red carpet of the 2012 Golden Globe Awards as three ladies opted to sport them at the occasion. The third comes Debra Messing who was all smiles posing for cameras.

Jessica Biel wore the most delicate dress at the ceremony. Fully made of lace the dress featured a train that added chic to the look.

Kelly Osbourne looked brilliant striking a pose at the 2012 Golden Globe Awards. She donned a cobalt blue Zac Posen gown to the event.

The Help actress Viola Davis finishes my list of best-dressed ladies at the 2012 Golden Globe Awards. She wore a dark red single-shoulder gown and Jimmy Choo heels.

Maybe my views are old-fashioned or even silly sometimes but I really like stories when a guy saves a girl and then they fall in love. It is really romantic. This explains why I enjoyed reading Reese Witherspoon’s interview for Elle Magazine February 2012 issue so much. The actress told Elle readers about how her husband, Jim Toth, saved her from his drunken friend who acted wildly on a night out.

The Water For Elephants star said:

This really drunk guy was hitting on me, making such an idiot of himself, yelling at me. ‘He was like (slurring), “You don’t know me.” And I was like, “Yeah, I know. I don’t know you!” ‘Jim came over and said, “Please excuse my friend. He’s just broken up with someone.” And I remember thinking, his friend is such an a**, what a jerk. And that Jim was a really good friend, pulling him out of that situation.”

This encounter led to a romance and then a marriage which took place in March 2011 at Reese Witherspoon’s lavish ranch in Ojai, California. It was the actress’ second marriage. Reese used to be a Ryan Phillippe’s wife who she had two children with.

Reese Witherspoon, who looks incredibly attractive on the pictures inside Elle February 2012 issue, told her split from Phillippe was ‘awful’ and that it changed her a lot.

She said:

I have to be honest with you, I’m a totally different person. ‘I don’t think I realized how little I was living. I was so consumed with trying to hold things together.”

Reese Witherspoon also said she felt much more confident and sexier about her body after she had had kids:

I do have to say, I like my body so much better after I had kids. Is that a crazy thing to say? I’m more womanly. I feel sexier. I’m more comfortable with my sexuality as I get older. When I was younger, I didn’t know why men were starting to look at me. Now I know why men are looking — and I’m cool with it.”

She also mentioned in the interview for Elle Magazine February 2012 that her life was no different than life of anybody else:

… I’m sick of whatever tabloid stuff or this or that story tries to portray. My life is just as realistic as everybody else’s. Whoever thinks someone has a perfect life, I’m so eager to dispel that. I don’t want to perpetuate any more romantic fantasy. I don’t want it to come across about how effusive or happy or lucky I am, but I want it to be honest with people. I can’t be a liar-pants. I wish I could! But I’m just not a liar, man!”

Well, if you want my opinion, I believe Reese Witherspoon. She is the woman who seems very sincere. When she is happy we know it. When she feels sad we also know it despite the fact she is an actress. I think she doesn’t act in real life and always stays herself. I wish her all the best in private life and success in her career.

Zoe Saldana, who is ranked one of the most stylish women, appeared at the LACMA Art + Film Gala held at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art wearing a beautiful black Gucci dress with gold thread detailing. She finished her look with Neil Lane jewelry and chic peep-toe pumps.

The second actress to wear Gucci black-and-gold dress was Evan Rachel Wood. She accessorized with Neil Lane jewelry (Just like Zoe did!!!) and a pair of Gucci sexy sandals.

Camilla Belle also donned a similar-design Gucci dress to the LACMA Art & Film Gala but her option differed a bit featuring white-color insets. Golden sandals and a black clutch added finishing touches to Camille’s look.

Other celebrities to attend the LACMA Art & Film Gala were: Olivia Wilde, Amy Adams, Kate Hudson, Emily Blunt, Uma Turman, Rashida Jones, Rachel Zoe and others.

Olivia Wilde opted for a red floor-length Gucci dress with a lovely floral detail in front.

Amy Adams Gucci dress was the most feminine and delicate of all. The Leap Year actress looked amazing.

Emily Blunt went black for the occasion. She chose a sexy beaded dress to wear to the LACMA Art & Film Gala.

Kate Hudson looked fantastic in a shimmering gold, strapless mini-dress which demonstrated the actress’ flawless post-baby shape.

Reese Witherspoon attended the LACMA Art & Film Gala in a simple black one-shoulder mini dress that she teamed up with luxurious sandals and a clutch.

Kate Beckinsale looked glamorous in a floor-sweeping white gown that she finished with a golden clutch and a gold-and-black floral belt.

All the proceeds from the LACMA Art & Film Gala will be used to make film more central to the museum’s curatorial programming and realize other activities supported by LACMA.

Reese Witherspoon is a new face of Lindex, Swedish clothing label and their Fall/Winter 2011/2012 campaign called “California Denim”. Witherspoon has already shot the campaign where she shows off skinny jeans, denim button shirts, hats, cardigans,bags, scarves, and faux fur jackets. Lindex collection is casual-made-chic with its clinging jeans and loose-fitting sweaters and cardigans. Button shirts with ruffled collar also add dressy touch to the casual style and platform booties add flare to the collection.

Reese Witherspoon looks great in Lindex outfits and says that Lindex wear suits her pesonal style in the behind-the-scenes video:

I have always loved denim and knitted garments that can be mixed and matched. Lindex’s fashion suits my style perfectly and I am very pleased to be a model for the new collection.

My personal style described in three words would probably be casual, simple and lots of color.

Reese Witherspoon has also shared a secret about fashion:

The secret about fashion that I think every woman should know is … learn what looks good on you.

It might seem natural to you but many people are so blinded by trends and fashion they forget about the fit, proportions, figure types, and shapes. All these things should be taken into consideration. If you are not sure about whether or not certain clothes looks good on you try to take a picture of yourself in a good (natural) lighting. You’ll see the how it sits on you and will be able to judge better if you should wear it or not.

Lindex Fall/Winter 2011/2012 “California Denim” collection is great. It looks almost cozy but you can still run errands in these outfits while looking stylish. My favorite outfit from the campaign is red oversized sweater and skinny jeans accessorized with a red beret and a wine red suede fringe bag.

Reese Witherspoon looked fabulous wearing a green-leopard dress which left her slender legs visible. The 35-year-old actress was honored with the Generation Award. She is the youngest to receive it. Lily Collins is the latest on this list who went for an animal print dress to wear at the 2011 MTV Movie Awards. Her Dolce&Gabbana dress is simple but very stylish and flatters her figure.

Rachel Bilson is a Chanel girl. She has a great collection of Chanel bags which seems to be her everyday and red-carpet choice. To tell you the truth I haven’t seen Rachel carrying a bag from a different brand. Only Chanel, forever.

Despite the fact she could wear the most fabulous dresses Kate Moss prefers garments which make her feel comfortable. Jeans, blouses and jackets are the best.

Miley Cyrus has always loved biker boots. She wears them both in real life and on stage.

Hilary Duff never goes out without a pair of fantastic earrings. Both at special events and on the daily basis the actress complements her outfits with the jewelry. And she does love scarves.

Charlize Theron is a very tall woman which allows her to wear sandals all the time, even on the red carpet. She doesn’t wear heels.

Probably it’s just something very personal that has gone between them as Reese, who was named among the most beautiful people of 2011 by People Magazine, recently complained that she didn’t enjoy steamy sex scenes with her younger co-star. She has also admitted his nails were always dirty.

Reese Witherspoon has done an interesting circus-inspired photoshoot posing in a number of sexy and stylish evening gowns. In the interview for Vogue May 2011 issue the actress revealed a lot about how excited she had been with marriage preparations, how happy she was with her new husband, told about her movie Water for Elephants and even discussed the age issue. Reese Witherspoon on tabloid obsession with her life: “It usually heats up during, like, pregnancies or babies or marriage. It’s the drama of real life. . . . It’s interesting to people. Readers want to know! I was talking to an actress the other day who is pregnant right now, and she was like, ‘What is it? What’s the deal?’ She said, ‘Oh, maybe once I have the baby no one will pay any attention,’ and I was like, ‘Bwah-ha-ha-ha!!!!’ ” She exaggeratedly tosses her head back. “ ‘Oh, yeah. They will leave you alone after you have the baby. Suuure. That’s exactly how it works.’ ”

Reese Witherspoon on toughness of being a celebrity: “You know, it can be a crazy life. Sometimes you feel like you are on a speeding train and you just don’t know where it’s going. You can start to lose your identity and what it is that you are really working for.” Like a lot of working women, she’s constantly looking for the right balance. “I don’t wake up to make movies. I wake up to have a wonderful family and to cultivate the best life for all of us, and it’s great to now have a partner in that. We have a lot of family meetings. ‘Mom’s going to be away and coming home on the weekends. How does everybody feel about that?’ It’s always military operations around here. Lots of different moving parts. I have my moments when I feel like I’m just going to collapse and I can’t do it anymore and I’m failing at everything. Like, you’re kind of good at a bunch of stuff but not really good at anything.”

Reese Witherspoon on her husband, Jim Toth: “He’s wonderful,” she says, beaming. “He’s just a really great guy, and I feel really lucky. It’s so cute: Over the holidays I was at a department store in L.A. with my friends, and these three women from Oklahoma came up to me, and they said”—she lays on a thick Southern drawl—“ ‘Reese. We are so happy for yeeew. We liiike this guy for yeeew.’ And I said, ‘You do?!’ ‘Yes, ma’am. We think he is a niiice man. We think he is going to treat you well and be good to yeeew.’ I was like, ‘Really?’ So sweet! And I told them my mother likes him very much, too. I have had my share of heartbreak. But I think your friends really know when you are at your happiest. Even though I am nervous and excited and all those things people feel when they are about to get married, I think I am mostly very calm right now. Usually, I’m a little bit of a squirrel. I have a squirrelly energy.”

Reese Witherspoon on preparing for Water For Elephants: “About three months before the movie started, I went to circus school,” she says, “doing trapeze and acrobatics with Cirque du Soleil performers. A lot of it is flexibility and learning to bend your body backward. I had been a gymnast when I was little, so getting that flexibility back was really fun.” Then she went to a ranch to train with Tai [the elephant]; she was slightly nervous the first day. “She could crush you with her jaw, but she knows the exact right amount of pressure with which to pick you up but not hurt you. It’s really incredible. I trust her more than any other animal I have ever been around.”

Reese Witherspoon on age issues: “I’ve had some really kind of sad moments lately. You don’t go backward! And I think 35 for a woman is a big thing. I remember when I was a little girl looking up at my mother at 35 doing her hair in the mirror, and I thought, my mother has never been more beautiful. She had years of wisdom you can’t erase. And now I feel the same way when I look in the mirror. You can’t pretend you are an ingenue. You can’t pretend you are wide-eyed and innocent. It’s on your face! It’s in your body. It’s in your voice. It’s in your reactions to things when people say, ‘I just did the most morally corrupt thing I’ve done in my life’ and you literally don’t blink.” She laughs. “You’ve either done it yourself or you know someone who has.”

Reese Witherspoon on being a parent (Reese raises two children – Ava, 11, and Deacon, 7): ‘[Ava] is on the precipice of having her love affairs and her life,’ she says. ‘She is curious and artistic and very smart. She really surprises me. I thought you make little people in your image. But they are just nothing like me or their father. They are their own individuals. I know it’s corny, but being a parent to me is such a great privilege; that I get to chaperone these beautiful little souls through life. They astound me with their knowledge and their humour.’
